For people confused by the contradictory messages they hear from secular science and church teaching, evolution can be intimidating. The truth is that Darwin's ideas are based upon faulty science, and that creationists have solid evidence to support their claims. Finally, a brilliant defense of Genesis and the Bible's teaching about origins is waiting for those who are soon to understand how Darwinism is fraudulent faith masquerading as science.Authors Joe White and Nicholas Comninellis have a passion for truth, and for sharing it with students and their parents. In Darwin's Demise, they succeed in showing why real science is burning down the House of Darwin.

The Collapse Of Darwinism Or The Rise Of A Realist Theory Of Life written by Graeme Donald Snooks and has been published by Lexington Books this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2003 with Philosophy categories.

In this provocative work, noted social and economic theorist Graeme D. Snooks exposes fatal flaws in the foundations of the Darwinian theory of evolution, which he deems an "artificial algorithm," as well as the neo-Darwinian synthesis adopted by many social scientists. Utilizing the historical method, Snooks develops a remarkable replacement theory of evolution, which he calls the "dynamic-strategy" theory. While the neo-Darwinian position places too great an emphasis on genetic change--giving rise to untenable but popular concepts such as the "selfish gene"--and fails to explain the fluctuating fortunes of life's most successful species (mankind), Snooks' framework starts by systematically observing the broad patterns of life and human society. The resultant realist theory of life posits life as a strategic pursuit (rather than a game of chance) in which organisms adopt dynamic strategies (only one of which is genetic change) to survive and prosper. Organisms' and species' progress is achieved through "strategic selection"--a concept that displaces the "divine selection" of creationists and the "natural selection" of Darwinists. This new theory reveals the organism as empowered, rather than as the plaything of gods, genes, or blind chance; and it provides a new basis for humanism.

The controversy between Creationism and the Theory of Evolution has continued to boil since the time of Sir Issac Newton. A true revolution in scientific thinking to discard current theories for a new world view is now underway! The Demise of Darwinism points out the glaring inconsistencies in Darwin's theory, identifies outstanding evidence in support of catastrophism and helps decisive thinkers develop a critical eye regarding the theories of the human race.

This groundbreaking new book--- The Death of Evolution: Restoring Faith and Wonder In A World of Doubt ---reveals how a growing number of scientists see faith and science as complementary, providing an inspirational reaffirmation of faith for you and for Christians the world over. For decades, Darwinian evolution has been taught in classrooms as gospel. But now, 150 years after the publication of Darwin's The Origin of Species, renowned scientists are acknowledging that evolution is not only theory but speculation that has led to false conclusions about creation, science, and culture. There is change in the wind. 'As a scientist, you grow to assume that science will answer everything and that religion is fictional. There are mysteries that science cannot explain ... and divine inspiration may be a rational explanation.' --Dr. Andrew Parker, Biologist, Oxford University The Death of Evolution is not a broadside polemic against Darwinism. Rather, it is an inspirational reaffirmation of faith that will restore your sense of wonder and awe.

Ours is a world of violence, greed, sexual perversion, and a thousand other ills. The rebellious nature of fallen man is the fundamental cause of these woes. But the trigger that multiplied and exacerbated existing evils was the "scientific" heresy of Darwinism. An idea is mental dynamite and this new view of human origins motivated heads of nations, leaders of business, and teachers in schools and universities to act on the Darwinian assumptions that life is a violent struggle between competitors where only the fittest (the cruelest) can survive. Results included "legitimized" wars, oppression of the poor and helpless by the rich and powerful, racism, colonialism's increased extortions, and crime. Darwinism also bewildered minds and broke hearts, for sin was no longer sin but only a relic of our animal natures. The most influential philosopher of the nineteenth century was fashioned by the reading of The Origin of Species. Nietzsche became the father of nihilism and violence (Superman). Kaiser Wilhelm, Mussolini, Hitler, and many other dictators absorbed Darwinism through Nietzsche. The speeches of Mussolini and Hitler resound with phrases from the Origin. The Holocaust is the most widely known result. Today there is a "youth bulge" in many nations, especially those belonging to Islam. As higher education becomes part of the cultures of all the world young people in particular discover that life has no meaning, and that the rule governing survival is one not hampered by morality. Those with tender natures who flee from violence against others often turn upon themselves in hopelessness and despair, and suicide rates among adolescents are forever rising higher. In recent decades the scientific evidence against Darwinism has blossomed. Multitudes of scientists of note now reject it. Sadly, most people are unaware of this. Among Christians, especially those of fundamentalist background, recent scientific progress in this area is frequently unknown. Theories have been devised to answer Darwinism that are often inaccurate, and revelation of their errors often leads to disillusionment among believers. Multitudes cling to evolution and always will because it is "the only game in town" for those who reject God. But the pillars of Darwinism-the competitive, violent struggle for existence, the "survival of the fittest," the inheritance of acquired characteristics, the almost infinite number of intermediates (many links), fashioned by gradual, minute changes, the theory of gemmules, racism, etc.-have been shattered. While it is estimated that forty per cent of scientists in general believe in God, prayer, and morality, only about two per cent of those teaching in universities do. Universities are the hotbed of secularism and atheism, and it is here that young Christians enter a lion's den of dangerous ideas without any intellectual and spiritual armor.

Most people intuitively understand that Darwin’s theory of evolution—natural selection acting upon random mutations—is a wholly inadequate theory for the creation of a human being. And most people feel unprepared to debate those scientists, professors, and scholars who use their academic authority to defend Darwinism, often bullying and belittling those of us who dare doubt Darwin. Now, Bredemeier identifies and succinctly encapsulates why Darwinism fails. Using anatomy and physiology as only a physician can, Bredemeier exposes the errors and false logic that Darwinian acolytes continue to employ as they protect their mortally wounded theory. Any reader with a high school or college education will become armed with straightforward examples of exactly why Darwinism fails. From anatomy and physiology of the human body—including neuroscience, genetics, embryology, and other fascinating fields of the increasingly numerous biological sciences—Bredemeier provides indisputable and damning evidence for which academicians, scientists, and even Nobel laureates, who zealously defend Darwinism, have no adequate answer.

Both the Nazis and the Communists seized upon survival of the fittest theory in order to justify their wars and genocides. Was the science as bad as the morality? the End of Darwinism reports that the history of Darwinism is full of deception, error, and politics: A series of famous biologists have appeared to support Darwin's explanation for biological change while not actually believing in it. Even Thomas Huxley, "Darwin's bulldog," privately rejected Darwin's principles of gradual transformation and survival of the fittest. But Huxley needed the money he could make writing on a controversial topic, and he had a grudge against the church. Huxley boasted that, against the church, evolution was his "Whitworth gun," an advanced firearm of the time. Textbooks have been infested with phony examples of natural selection. Most popular has been Darwin's explanation for the height of the giraffe. This is an absurd mistake stemming from the English scientist's ignorance of giraffes and their feeding habits. Nevertheless, it has been published for nearly 140 years--so desperate are the Darwinists for evidence. Another textbook falsehood more than a hundred years old is the claim of gills on the human embryo. Few biologists have the nerve to go against the science establishment by criticizing Darwinism in public. However, Lynn Margulis, the world's leading authority on microbial evolution, notes the lack of evidence and calls Darwinism a "religious sect." Ever since Charles Darwin was alive, mathematicians have criticized his theory as nonsensical. In 1966 a big international conference pitted mathematicians against leading evolutionary biologists. In 1980 a conference of 160 biologist decided that Darwinism does not explain major evolutionary events, but in order to thwart the creationists, the biologists organized an amazingly effective cover-up.

In Search Of Human Nature written by Carl N. Degler and has been published by Oxford University Press this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 1992-11-05 with Science categories.

Winner of the Pulitzer Prize in History in 1972, and a past president of both the Organization of American Historians and the American Historical Association, Carl Degler is one of America's most eminent living historians. He is also one of the most versatile. In a forty year career, he has written brilliantly on race (Neither Black Nor White, which won the Pulitzer Prize), women's studies (At Odds, which Betty Friedan called "a stunning book"), Southern history (The Other South), the New Deal, and many other subjects. Now, in The Search for Human Nature, Degler turns to perhaps his largest subject yet, a sweeping history of the impact of Darwinism (and biological research) on our understanding of human nature, providing a fascinating overview of the social sciences in the last one hundred years. The idea of a biological root to human nature was almost universally accepted at the turn of the century, Degler points out, then all but vanished from social thought only to reappear in the last four decades. Degler traces the early history of this idea, from Darwin's argument that our moral and emotional life evolved from animals just as our human shape did, to William James's emphasis on instinct in human behavior (then seen as a fundamental insight of psychology). We also see the many applications of biology, from racism, sexism, and Social Darwinism to the rise of intelligence testing, the eugenics movement, and the practice of involuntary sterilization of criminals (a public policy pioneered in America, which had sterilization laws 25 years before Nazi Germany--one such law was upheld by Oliver Wendell Holmes's Supreme Court). Degler then examines the work of those who denied any role for biology, who thought culture shaped human nature, a group ranging from Franz Boas, Ruth Benedict, and Margaret Mead, to John B. Watson and B.F. Skinner. Equally important, he examines the forces behind this fundamental shift in a scientific paradigm, arguing that ideological reasons--especially the struggle against racism and sexism in America--led to this change in scientific thinking. Finally, Degler considers the revival of Darwinism without the Social Darwinism, racism, and sexism, led first by ethologists such as Karl von Frisch, Nikolaas Tinbergen, Konrad Lorenz, and Jane Goodall--who revealed clear parallels between animal and human behavior--and followed in varying degrees by such figures as Melvin Konner, Alice Rossi, Jerome Kagen, and Edward O. Wilson as well as others in anthropology, political science, sociology, and economics. What kind of animal is Homo sapiens and how did we come to be this way? In this wide ranging history, Carl Degler traces our attempts over the last century to answer these questions. In doing so, he has produced a volume that will fascinate anyone curious about the nature of human beings.
