We had published some of the facts of the discovery in two separate papers relating to the early voyages of discovery and exploration on this coast, and in the four editions of the Coast Pilot of California, Oregon and Washington.In the year 1895 Mr. Andrew J. In the annals of adventure, there are no more thrilling narratives of heroic perseverance in the performance of duty than the record of Spanish exploration in America.
