God established that natural law Himself and it seems He doesn't bypass it.We come across many empty open vessels in the Bible. For example Elisha and the poor widow in the Old Testament. The miracles of Jesus in the New Testament - the miraculous turning water into wine through His power started with empty open vessels; on two occasions miraculously filling Peter's empty net with fish through His power; and on two occasions miraculously feeding (filling) a hungry crowd (empty human vessels) through His power. And of course the empty tomb.
