Shanghai, 1936. Felice Sabatini is just a mechanic, working on Italian aircraft in China. He isn’t looking for trouble, much less interested in getting caught up a in a conspiracy against China, Japan, and Germany. Unfortunately for him, that’s exactly what happens. Three different factions are after an ancient artifact and the mystical power it controls. Power that, if it falls into the wrong hands, could end up destroying the very world as we know it. Felice knows nothing of immortals, fox women, ninjas or dragons, never mind the Ministry of Storms. He is a rational man, after all. But before this journey is over he will be called upon to face all of that, never mind the power of ancient Chinese magic and a menace from Beyond Time. From the crowded streets of Shanghai to the empty stretches of the Desert of Inescapable Death, Ministry of Thunder is an explosive mix of Oriental Fantasy and New Pulp.

This book is a historical and theological look into the deliverance and exorcism ministry of John Wesley. It examines how Wesley understood the phenomenon of deliverance and his own practice of it in terms of ordinary and extraordinary gifts. The text looks at how Wesley understood deliverance in general in relation to salvation, and how he understood an aspect of deliverance that involved expulsion of demons. Further, the book assesses how contemporary Wesleyans and Christians in general can apply Wesley’s theology and practice to deliverance ministry today. Practices like baptismal vows and the use of the gifts of the Holy Spirit are explored in the life of the believer today in terms of deliverance.

In this fascinating and comprehensive collection of Chinese myths and legends, E. T. C. Werner drew upon material readily available to him as a member of the Chinese government's' Historiographical Bureau in Peking. A former barrister and British consul in Foochow, Werner presents a wealth of information illuminating the ideas and beliefs that governed the daily lives of the Chinese people long before the revolutions of the 20th century. Offering a provocative glimpse into a world dominated by traditional rules of etiquette and inhabited by demons, dragon-gods, and spirits, the volume opens with an introductory chapter on the origins of the Chinese people. In succeeding chapters, Mr. Werner's readable, well-illustrated text considers the gods of China and myths of stars, thunder, lightning, wind and rain; of water and fire; of epidemics, medicine, and exorcism; as well as tales about the goddess of mercy, the guardian of the gate of heaven, accounts of how the Monkey became a god, and much more.

In my first book, Ride to the Wall, Jack began a new journey in life. The road he took had been chosen for him by a kind and loving Father, Jack just started paying attention. My basic intention in writing this book was to show that a life in Christ knows no boundaries and is packed with wonder and excitement. As one studies the life of Jesus Christ, it's not hard to find a Son, who was totally committed to doing whatever his Father bid him to do, even to give his life over to those who were determined to end it. Jack and the Soldiers have just gotten a small sample of how God does things in the Kingdom. I believe with all my heart that God desires to use each one of us in the ways I've written about. While my first book was more of a journal of those things that God was putting on my heart over the course of ten years, I knew that the story must continue...... This book is called Boanerges-The Sons of Thunder; for I've been impressed of God to take Jack and the Soldiers through real life situations that follow the writings of the Apostle John through the eyes of him, and his brother James. Jesus gave these two brothers the name Boanerges, which was the surname of the sons of Zebedee, their father and then called them the "Sons of Thunder." My hope is that as you read this book, you will do so with your Bible open. My goal is not to entertain you, but to encourage you. I pray every day that my words would open a heart to Gods Holy Spirit and that someone would find the love of Jesus Christ as a consequence of these words. The reality is that the Words of God are more precious than gold or silver and does not need any help from a knot head like me. But, I'm one of his many sons and He gets blessed when I do what He wants of me, and I want to bless Him, so I write.........

Heritage Edition: Over 200 hand drawn illustrations from a century ago. Unabridged, original text. This book helps us to see the natural laws of our bodies as the divine laws of a loving Creator. Practical counsel guides us in our day-to-day care of our physical being in ways that will greatly maintain physical health and in general provide us a longer, more productive, and enjoyable life span. The Ministry of Healing was first published in its present form in 1905. Its roots, however, began as far back as the 1860s with materials Ellen White wrote for publications such as Health Reformer, Good Health, Appeal to Mothers, How to Live, and Christian Temperance and Bible Hygiene. This version is a full text rendition. Over 200 hand drawn illustrations from that era have been restored and add much to its attractiveness and study value. Christ spent more time healing and ministering to the physical needs of suffering humanity than he did to preaching. He related to people in the areas of their felt need and after gaining their attention and indebtedness he ministered to their spiritual needs, encouraging them to “go and sin no more.” He was indeed the pattern Medical Missionary. Through His example in ministry He calls not only health professionals but every admirer of His to “come and follow Me.” This book helps us to see the natural laws of our bodies as the divine laws of a loving Creator. Practical counsel guides us in our day-to-day care of our physical being in ways that will greatly maintain physical health and in general provide us a longer, more productive, and enjoyable life span. There is also much information on how to best minister to those who are suffering physically, mentally, and spiritually. There is good, practical advice on how to provide effective home health care which, in many instances, will diminish, the need for professional health care and fewer medications.
