Army Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (ATTP) 3-39.32 provides doctrinal guidance for personnel who are responsible for planning and executing physical security programs. The Tactics Field Manual (FM 3-90) introduces the basic concepts and control measures associated with the art of tactics.
