The Omkar Gita written by Lahiri Mahasaya and has been published by Ancient Kriya Yoga Mission this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2013-10-10 with Body, Mind & Spirit categories.

This is a scriptural commentary of Lahiri Mahasaya on The Omkar Gita in the Light of Kriya in which God Krishna answers to Prince Arjuna about the Omkar. This physical body is the form of Omkar. Please note that the Guru here means the Kutastha, i.e., the place between the eyebrows, also known as The Third Eye. When the air, or breath, of the navel and dorsal are dissolved in the sky of Kutashtha, this is the third part of Omkar, or Pranava. Every word uttered by a Yogi has a special meaning that is totally unintelligible to even the highly intellectual people. This book is written in such a way that everyone can follow it up while trading the path of Kriya. People think that they are very intelligent, but if they try to understand very seriously, they realize perfectly that nothing is happening according to their intellect. Only those whose breath is not blowing in the left or right nostril are intelligent in this world. Kutastha is Omkar in the form of inner Light due to the uniting of Akara, Ukara and Makara into one.

Where does mind exist ? In the absence of heart, where does mind reside ? What is the essence of mind ? From where does mind spring ? How is mind dissolved ? The Avadhuta Gita Avadhuta is a truly renunciate, realized and wandering MahaYogi. Ancient MahaYogi Dattatreya's revelations to the world The Avadhuta Gita. Dattatreya is considered by many as an incarnation of Lord Shiva. The Guru Gita Guru Gita is a part of Biswasar Tantra. Ancient Kriya Yoga Tantric Scripture : Omkar Gita Rahasya Kunjika as seen by The Divine Third Eye. Once a certain level of spiritualism is reached with the intense and ardent practice of esoteric and secret Pranayama, the Prana, which is flowing upwards through the spinal chord, enters the cave-gateway of Kutastha, which is located midway between the eyebrows as The Third Eye. As soon as it enters the Kutastha, a divine process of subsumption of the entire breath follows the trail. At this very moment, the auto-revelation of the divine sound of AUM (Om) happens which is ever resonating armored with out-worldly aural-visual attributes. This is the divine Sound-Light of the Inner-Self. This is Kutastha Darshan, self-witnessing the self-illuminated divine Self. In this state, the concept of time ceases to exist, insinuating to an inexpressible yoga-born state, which is just about to manifest spontaneously. It is an indestructible and most esoteric link to a para-world which can be known only through spiritual experience. Since ancient times, yogi has been pledging and accepting its universal privacy. True seekers are often confused with the inherent complications of this intangible and esoteric oriental science and gets deluded by the widespread misconception of associating the Self with the external sound of AUM (Om). In this scripture, there is a detailed description of the secret dialogue between Lord Krishna (Kutastha) and Arjun (the seeker). The essence of this divine conversation is engraved in the scripture. In the ancient times, this experiential knowledge (Vidya) was inter-located within The Third Eye of Maha-Kaal (God of Space-Time), which got dissolved in the currents of time as per the divine-wish of Maha-Maya (nature). Many sages and monks received one part or another based on their austere yoga-practice which is available in parts within Shrimad Bhagavad Gita, other Upanishads etc. The gross body is an outer manifestation of the form of Omkar. A profound sage and householder mystic of Ancient Kriya Yoga Mission(A Divine Enterprise Empowered by The Third Eye)(A Monastery of Realized Sages) has regained the inner experiential wisdom of Omkar Gita with his intense devotion to Yoga and arduous practice of esoteric Pranayam (The Art and Science of Breathing). This work is replete with these cognitive sensory perception-borne and experiential wisdom. This work is unique evidence of true out-worldly incidents and experiences borne out of the intense practice of Pranayam. This book is an outcome of inner revelations of mystical meanings and paranormal experiences cum perceptions of Omkar Gita. Penning down itself was full of eternal vibrations which resembled as if being dictated by a Siddha. This journey was full of inexplicable ecstasy and joy, laced with complete surrendering to witnessing the paranormal splendor of Omkar Gita. It depicts transcendental qualities and attributes of this state in its totality. Ancient Kriya Yoga Mission is engaged in disseminating simple techniques of ancient science of living. This body is just an instrument of meditation and the individual is nothing, the individual have nothing. A Sadhak passes through infinite number of states during his Sadhana. Period of stay in any state varies depending on the peculiarities of that state as well the predicament of the Sadhak. During this course, the outer symptoms may not be described and grasped as aptly as inner symptoms. Outer symptoms like trembling and/or levitation of body often lead to bewilderment and amusement of the beholder. Whereas being in the same state, it leads to calm acceptance and grasp of what is happening to someone else being in that state. Most of the yogis and historians often attribute the existence of Omkar Gita to Yogic scriptures like Shrimad Bhagavad Gita etc. Whereas a Sadhak realizes, when time is ripe for him, that this is an eternal and universal Vidya (Knowledge) and the particular Shabda is eternal, ever present, everywhere, perceptible to one only when one is ready during his course of Sadhana, including listening to these being chanted/sung by Siddhas, all the time, beyond the time. This book is dedicated to all the Sadhakas.

This is a scriptural commentary of Lahiri Mahasaya on Manu Gita, also known as Manu Samhita, Mystery Of Manu, in The Light Of Kriya. Those who are good Kriya practitioners breathe once every hour. If Kriya is practiced in the world according to the Vedic rules, then in all Yugas longevity would be four hundred years. The Veda is the Understanding of the state of Silence beyond sound. Smriti is the Remembering it afterwards through the practice of Kriya. One who listens to the sound of OM until death realizes the ultimate Self (Brahma). Kutastha is the Great Self. Pranayam is the great meditation. There is no greater Truth than holding the mind inward by practicing Kriya. The body does not decay in Yoga. Seeing the supreme Being always is the religion and nothing else. Not to make the mind outward, staying at the perfect state of absolute Knowledge to dissolve the intellect in Brahma, seeing the Form, practicing Omkar Kriyas and seeing Brahma in all beings: in fact, that is called religion. One can tell about the previous life if one stays at Kutastha and does not commit violence. The seeker is advised to practice Kriya even during sleep. The Spinal Cord is the secret source of mystic Energy of the ultimate Self. It is secretly created in that way for that purpose. The results of three Vedas, namely: Rig (Talabya Kriya), Sama (Pranayam with sound) and Yaju (Omkar Kriyas based on Tranquil Breath) : provide eternal Realization.

This is a scriptural commentary of Lahiri Mahasaya on Sri Sri Chandi, also known as Sri Durgasaptasati. In the dialogue, there is a point to answer. Where there are no words, there is no need to talk. The Lord who stays within the heart causes a person to express the Message which reveals accordingly. There are many words of wisdom in this Scripture, but they have been condensed here to help the Kriyanwits increase their sincerity and devotion. The Rig Veda states: Whatever blissful feelings are generated by discussing and practicing Kriya are called Prema : Divine Love and Bhakti : Utmost sincerity and Devotion. The spontaneous Revelation of the glories of the Goddess Durga is reflected in Her image, and the Yogis who witness this between the eyebrows transcend dualism (Dwaita) and monism (Adwaita) to establish themselves in Oneness with the ultimate Self. When the Yogi holds onto the state of the After-effect-poise of Kriya, then there is nothing to say. Whatever is expressed in Speech which comes out from the Tranquil Breath is the form and energy of Durga Gayatri. Everything is present in Her. Nama : Name and Rupa : Form are the same, for everything is Her name and Her form. The cause of Liberation (Mukti) and cause of man is Divine Mother. In the Rig Veda, She is referred to in many ways such as Bhadrang, Bhagavating, Krisnang, Graha Nakshatra Malini, Sivang. Durgang, Twang, Samutpannang, Agnivarnang, Sutang, Soumyang, Idang, Sresthang and Jyotisang Jyotiruttamang. Such is the form of the Goddess Durga, and it is everybody's duty to worship Her, that is, to practice Kriya sincerely.

This is a scriptural commentary of Lahiri Mahasaya on Patanjali Yoga Sutras in the Light of Kriya. All living beings are subject to the law of cause and effect. As a result oftheir past actions, they suffer again and again without breaking the cycle of birthsand deaths. Desires cause them to embody and reembody in the world. Once in embodiment, the individual seeks happiness and avoids pain andsorrow. Pleasure and/or pain is reaped in this life according to past good and badactions. Moreover, in order to be happy in this world, one should also suffer becausehappiness and suffering are relative. There is no escape from suffering until alldesires themselves are dissolved, or transcended. Perfect Happiness can only be found in Peace, or Shanti. How can one find Peace? There is no other means for finding Peace except through the practice ofYoga. By the practice of Yoga, the tremendously restless heart becomes calm. Notonly does the heart become calm by Yoga practice, but longevity is also increased. The body becomes healthy, and absolute Knowledge is gained. Who can tell how long a man will remain alive? It is well known that even ordinary people, without mentioning Yogis, canlive up to one-hundred to one-hundred-fifty years. It is also admitted that, startingwith the body in the mother’s womb up to the age of eighty, individuals are facedwith premature death. What is the cause of premature death? How can one prevent it? Who is also lucky not to be afflicted with hereditary ill-health or prematuredeath? Individuals themselves are the cause of their own death. It will become clearwhen one analyzes the nature of his restless activities and desires in search ofHappiness. What could be more desirable than to enjoy Peace with a steadfast heart? It In not so easy to remain steadfastly calm no matter what happens in life. But why in this not possible? Where is one's command over the mind? One shall have to tactically acquire dominion over the mind. That can onlybe accomplished by Yoga practice. It is possible to live even when all physical and mental activities have cometo a stop when one practices Yoga. Yoga is one of the six systems of philosophy. Yogi Patanjali is the founderof this system as well as the author of the many commentaries on Yogi Panini (thefather of Sanskrit grammar). This very valuable, tiny book is divided into four parts: In the first part, it describes the nature of Yoga, Samadhi, or "Attunement"with the ultimate Self and discusses its various aspects. In the second part, the first five steps of the eightfold Yoga path are outlinedfor the benefit of the truth seeker. In the third part, the last three steps are outlined, namely, Dharana ("concept of Tranquility"), Dhyana ("meditation") and Samadhi ("Attunement"). The state of going within during meditation practice and the danger of developing yogic powers on discussed. In fourth part, Kaivalya, or "the highest Liberation", is discussed. In fact, discussion of Yoga is the aim of this book.

This is a Kriya Yoga book intended to be read and practised by everyone, with/without initiation. When breathing is faster, then in one day and one night respiration can flow up to 113,680 times. Normally during the same time, the figure is 21,600 times. During a day and night, if respiration is faster than usual, the breath can flow in and out 113,680 times. Normally, in the course of a day and night, there are 21,600 breaths. This figure is reduced by Kriya practice to 2,000 times. So, breathing 1,000 times in the day and 1,000 times in the night, in a normal course, provides greater Tranquility to a Yogi. One of his breaths takes about 44 seconds. Such a Yogi is matured in Kriya practice. Thoughts are inseparably related to breathing. So, when the number of breaths is reduced, thoughts are reduced proportionately. Eventually, with the tranquilization of breath, thoughts are dissolved. Thereby, the seeker can attain the After-effect-poise of Kriya, or eternal Tranquility, which is Amrita, nectar proper.

This is a scriptural commentary of Lahiri Mahasaya on Linga Puran, In The Light Of Kriya. When the body trembles, it is medium Pranayam. When the body levitates, it is Super Pranayam. Seeing the inner Visions is called Darsan. The Kriyanwit, holding onto the After-effect-poise of Kriya in Samadhi, stays like a corpse. The Yogi becomes extremely powerful and inward when he holds onto the After-effect-poise of Kriya for a whole year. His sperm become golden. He becomes Omniscient and generates good Seed. His arms reach out in ten directions, and he may accept whatever he wants to. The eyes of one who holds onto the After-effect-poise of Kriya do not blink (nimes). That is why he is called Animes. Those who walk on the earth and who fly in the sky, like renunciates and energetic beings, all are holding eight kinds of powers through earth, water, fire, air and ether. At the After-effect-poise (Turiya) of Kriya, one does not like to speak. He is Kapali, that is, He holds the air in the forehead (Kapal). He stays at Kailash Mountain, that is, at the head, at the After-effect-poise (Turiya) of Kriya like the ultimate Self. He is Guhavashi. That is, in the Star in between the eyebrows there is a cave where He lives. He is Kulahari. That is, He snatches away the energy of Kulakundalini. This body is the sound of OM or Pranava. Prana makes all beings tranquil by the practice of Kriya in this body. That is why it is called Pranava. This very breath is spread over in all bodies. That is why Mahadeva is all pervading and everywhere in all beings.
