Mr. Moore: Your Committee would like some instructions in regard to awarding medals. It may so happen no one may be worthy of the medal. We want to know whether we are to give a medal that we think no one deserves. Mr. Wilson: These medals are offered for the greatest improvement made in photography during the Association year past. If there is no great improvement made, why it is optional with the Committee to make the awrd or not. Mr. Webster made a few remarks on Patents, and read a letter from parties who had tried to collect royalty for the use of Hypo. When two old friends died unexpectedly, Rick Schatzberg spent the next two years photographing the remaining group of a dozen men. Now in their 67th year, they have been close since early childhood. Schatzberg collected vintage photos that tell the story of this shared history and uses them to introduce each individual as they are today.
