Nothing could be further from the truth, because prosperity and money was the last thing on the Lord's mind in the New Testament. In the Old Testament, it was sometimes a mark of favor from God, but in the New Testament, the Lord set a standard. He didn't choose to be born as a king, or a prince, or to live like a king or a prince. He chose a simple life, an unpretentious life. A life that was not entrenched in the things of the world. So, He's looking for a Bride who resembles Him. And as I examine my heart every day before the Lord, and I realize the areas where I fall short, I'm writing those things down for you as well. Because I think we can help each other, by recognizing some things about ourselves and sharing them.

I know no one knows the day the rapture and second coming will actually occur and that the reader may be reading this book before that day but my urgency is for you if you will be left behind.This is a summary view of God's plan recording the major events of history for the purpose of having an expectation of what has occurred as to view what will occur. This time line is developed from scripture through the influence of bible study (Daniel 12:13). In summary, though believers are to always read, interpret, believe scripture within context; that is, not to pull one verse out to read, interpret, believe; I see use, application for the single verse as a means to see God's plan in synopsis form relying on 2 Timothy 3:16 that tells me the single verse is as true as its context when used in hunger, thirst after this picture of God's plan from the beginning to eternity future. This is done in sober understanding of Revelation 22:18-19 better for anyone who adds or takes away; the heavy responsibility to not be a wolf in sheep clothing Mathew 7:15 and with the knowledge of 2 Peter 3:15-17. So I think specifically of the lost people that are not raptured as they stand witnessing the rapture (Revelation 1:7). For those in that moment, day, week, weeks I believe will need a synopsis view of God's plan and so this document is what I give these, you. I care for those not raptured, left for tribulation.So the 'now what' look on your face I stress this information is for you. As terrible as tribulation will be for you it is not the worst that awaits you. The great white throne judgment is the final and worst future that awaits any not raptured, unrepentant person, the person that never accepts God's plan for an eternity in heaven.

The belief that the Pre-Tribulation Rapture can take place at any moment is a modern idea. None of the early Church fathers wrote about imminence and most of them were Post-Tribulationists. You will see in Chapter One that there are some well-known prophecy teachers of today who do not believe the Rapture has always been imminent since Pentecost. Most of them believed it became imminent after the re-establishment of the nation of Israel in 1948. In Chapter Two the truth about imminence is explained - that specific prophecies (warning signs) must be fulfilled before the Rapture can take place. Those prophecies are detailed in Chapter 5. The Scriptures also teach that there is no gap between the Rapture and the start of the Tribulation (Chapter3). In fact, the Bible clearly states those two events will take place on the same day. Take a close look at Chapter 4 "Seven Church Periods." If you believe the seven churches are symbolic of seven periods of Church history it means the Rapture could not be an imminent event until the start of the Age of Philadelphia. The key to understanding Bible prophecy is not to trust one or more prophecy teachers that you like or you think know what they are talking about. The key is to study the Bible for yourself to see if certain concepts such as imminence are biblical. This book is designed to help you study eschatology so you can decide for yourself whether or not the Rapture is an imminent event or if specific prophecies (warning signs) must be fulfilled beforehand. In Chapter 5 the 16 major prophecies (warning signs) are listed that have yet to be fulfilled. Study these warning signs and then watch as they are fulfilled. Also share them with family, friends and strangers so other believers and your unsaved friends can know how close we are getting to the start of the Tribulation and the Rapture.
