The original idea that electromagnetic waves propagate in every direction with the same universal constant, the speed of light, corresponds with Maxwell's Theory of Electrodynamics in 1865. With the introduction of the Laser it became clear that it is also possible to emit a beam of light in one single direction while the speed of light in the directions perpendicular to the direction of propagation equals zero. In general, the laser frequencies are so high that the Laser radiation will not be harmful for the human brains and organs. Recent developments however demonstrate that it is very likely that Eastern countries like China and Russia are already doing experiments with Extreme Low Frequency (ELF) Masers. The fundamental principle on which Lasers and Masers are operating is the Phenomenon of Resonance. The fundamental Condition for Resonance is that the dimensions of the cavity are at least the dimension of the wave length. The wavelength of a frequency of 2.000 [Hz] equals 150 [km]. This means that to build an ELF Maser for a radio frequency of 2.000 [Hz] a resonance cavity is needed with the dimensions of at least 150 [km] which is about five times the size of New York.

The Naval War College has expanded its expertise in the Asia-Pacific Rim region in recent years largely in response to the growing significance of the region to U.S. national security. The College has actively hired prominent scholars and hosted a number of conferences, workshops, and guest speakers focusing on the problems and possibilities facing the Pacific Rim. South and Northeast Asia, after all, are home to some of the world's fastest-growing economies and close American allies, as well as several potential political and diplomatic flashpoints. Even more to the point, China is an ascending economic and military power both in the region and on the world stage. The U.S. Navy plays a leading role in maintaining stability in the region with its strong presence and ability to guard the freedom of navigation in vital sea lines of communication. The efforts of the Asia-Pacific Rim specialists at the Naval War College in some ways represent a case of “back to the future.” One of the proudest episodes in the College's history came in the 1930s when Newport played a central role in developing the military plans necessary to cope with the ascendance of another Asian economic and military power—Japan. Gestalt Aether Theory recognizes that a reality must exist outside of the ordered Universe that we live in, but claims that it is a reality that is represented by chaos, where anything can and does happen; where multiple Universes are possible and where time, place and causality have no meaning. Gestalt Aether Theory explains physics in terms of the ordered Universe that we live in; quantum mechanics and Standard Theory attempt to explain physics in terms of the chaos that exists outside of the ordered universe. Take for instance the propagation of light from a point A to a point B situated a hundred meters away. Quantum mechanics would have one believe that from the time that light leaves the point of origin to the time that it is detected, that it ceases to have a corporeal existence and exists instead as a probability wave-function. In this state it is everywhere and nowhere at once, in order to cover the hundred meters from point A to B it has to first enter into multiple Universes ( hence the multi-verse theory ). GAT on the other hand explains the propagation of light from A to B in terms that reflect reality. According to Gestalt Aether theory light travels through a medium and as a consequence spreads out in accordance with the inverse square law. GAT, states that light is a wave possessing some of the characteristics of a particle, somewhat like the ultrasonic sound waves used in lithotripsy, where a sound wave is used to break stones; namely a wave that possesses some of the properties of a particle, and can therefore retain its individual energy ( Identity) independently of the intensity of the wave. Thus light in GAT (Gestalt Aether Theory) propagates just as any other wave travelling in a medium. It follows the same rules as the waves that are created when a stone is dropped into a pool of water. The whole of the ordered Universe, including gravity, neutrinos, radio-waves and super-conductivity are explained in similar terms.
