"A COMPREHENSIVE STUDY OF METEOROLOGY AND CLIMATOLOGY" The atmosphere is a complex medium, and its mechanism and process are sometimes very complicated. Its nature however is generally expressed in terms of only a few variables, which are measurable. It is the sum of temperature, humidity, cloudiness, precipitation, pressure, winds, storms and other atmospheric variables for a short period of time.
