In other words, we are closely examining the ingredients, components and forensic details of the substance of the anointing. A forensic understanding of its character will enable you as a believer to flow easily in the demonstration of the anointing. It is important that since Christianity is a journey into the dimension of the spirit, we ought to understand holistically how the anointing operates so that we can effectively move, function and operate in that realm. In other words, if we wish to move mightily in the realm of the anointing without failures, mistakes, confusion or disappointments, we ought to study and understand the dynamics of the anointing by looking at some of its inherent properties expounded in this book.

The Anglo-Saxon influence on the Carolingian world has long been recognised by historians of the early medieval period. Wilhelm Levison, in particular, has drawn attention to the importance of the Anglo-Saxon contribution to the cultural and ecclesiastical development of Carolingian Francia in the central decades of the eighth century. What is much less familiar is the reverse process, by which Francia and Carolingian concepts came to influence contemporary Anglo-Saxon culture.
