But the context clearly shows, that he does not deny the existence of this kind of stricture at the u per extremity of the bowel, a point upon w ich we have not had any difi'erence. It only remains, therefore. That I should show that organic stricture is never limited to any point within reach of the finger, in order to establish the whole of my viswa.
