Pada edisi ini, pembahasan lebih ditekankan pada beberapa poin berikut: (1) infak haqqul-yaqîn adalah kesadaran seorang hamba bahwa segala yang dimilikinya adalah milik Allah, termasuk diri dan tindakannya, yang digunakan untuk mencapai ridha-Nya; (2) untuk mencapai infak haqqul-yaqîn, seorang hamba tidak mengharap balasan dan merasa dirinya tidak independen dalam berinfak, melainkan bergantung kepada Allah, dan infaknya merupakan bagian dari tindakan-Nya; (3) sedekah adalah pemanfaatan semua anugerah Allah, baik materi maupun non-materi, dan semua bentuk kebaikan untuk membahagiakan sesama; (4) Imam Husain as telah mencapai derajat infak haqqul-yaqîn yang sempurna, dan berpuncak di Karbala ketika beliau mempersembahkan seluruh yang dimilikinya, termasuk raga dan jiwanya; (5) Tentara Pelajar adalah salah satu elemen dalam perjuangan kemerdekaan bangsa Indonesia, yang telah mengorbankan segala yang mereka miliki dan mempraktikkan îtsâr dalam perjuangan mereka; (6) infak mesti bisa menambah kecintaan kepada fakir dan miskin, memasukkan kebahagiaan ke dalam hati sesama, dan meninggalkan lisâna shidqin fil-âkhirîn; (7) Allahyarham K.H. Dr. Jalaluddin Rakhmat, dalam berbagai kesempatan, selalu mengingatkan tentang keberpihakan kepada kaum mustadh’afin, antara lain pesannya adalah agar infak kita dapat menambah kecintaan, kasih sayang dan rasa empati kepada mereka. Buku ini akan mengantarkan pembaca pada derajat pencerahan sehingga dapat mengenali di mana posisi dirinya di tengah alam semesta ini dalam hubungannya dengan sang Pencipta, Allah Swt, dan para kekasih-Nya, terutama Kanjeng Nabi Muhammad saw dan keluarganya as.
