I wanted to find my life's purpose and was inspired to challenge my hidden energy within. So I put myself on a 30 day meditation challenge and learned how to meditate. Everyday for 30 days through guided visualizations I meditated for only 15 minutes in the morning and/or at night (sometimes both). However, each night I received a thought provoking question while I slept. I'd hop up in the middle of the night and write it down. The following day I answered the question and took massive action when prompted. When I completed the 30 day meditation challenge it resulted into a personal 16 page journal with 30 questions that actually guided me to the trajectory of unveiling my life's purpose. Several months later the contrast showed up and on November 8, 2016 I was rear ended at a red light by a SUV, had an outer body experience and suffered a severe concussion. I was under the monthly care of a Neurologist and was in cognitive therapy, concussion therapy, physical therapy every week 3x a week for 7 months. The ability to mentally retain information and maintain my balance was very challenging not to mention other physiological effects of a head trauma. My concussion team instructed me to meditate not knowing I was already on the mind, body and spiritual path of meditation. Persevering through it all I knew that If I didn't retrain my brain I would lose brain cells, but instead I created new ones! Although I suffered from memory loss, weight loss (to date I literally lost 43 pounds concussed because I was so nauseous), dizziness, headaches, lack of focus, mental clarity, insomnia and PTSD, I turned a trauma into a triumph! In-spite of Post Concussion Syndrome my primary focus was still on finding my life's purpose. Now a concussion later my personal 16 page journal evolved into a 146 page step-by-step interactive guide to help people find their life's purpose with thirty questions. This full color version of the book is 6x9. I've retrained my brain, created new brain plasticity, new neural pathways and unlocked hidden potential which yielded astounding results! I believe my book will help ANYONE who wants to find their life's purpose, gain mental clarity and crush goals. The concussion woke me up and also heightened my BS (Belief System) radar. Now my journal is available on AMAZON as A Step-By-Step Interactive Guide To Finding Your Life's Purpose with Thirty Questions. My concussion has created a platform for me to help you. I began to understand that our brain has a natural ebb and flow and that we truly are the creators of our reality good or bad. Creativity unlike anything that I ever experienced flowed effortlessly through me with ease while doing what came natural to me by following my bliss through meditation. My short term goals came to pass rapidly with synchronicity. Within 90 days of answering thirty questions I formed A UNIQUE BRAND, LLC which is a Life Coaching Firm. The third week of the stage will focus on the concept as it has to do with couples. Partnering with others is an essential part of the journey you have taken thus far in your life. Doing it differently, with revitalized understanding and awareness of yourself, will be an important part of your path to self-realization. Even if you are not in a relationship, this portion of the program will be important as it involves interaction with others as it regards you, the individual, and hence the focus of all things that is being done in the book. The fourth week will focus on parenting, but parenting as it has to do with the particular stage of the program. Given this, there will be four different times in the 16-step program, one time per month, that parenting will be addressed. Specific concepts will be introduced about parenting, including tasks and assignments to help address issues to help you, the individual, find your inner peace, but also the other members of the family that are part of your life.
