Where did the "Soul" originate and how did it make its decision to fly back to Heaven? The Soul's Journey into "The Frequency" is intended to show you that you are ok just the way you are, and any decision to change or create expanded experiences, is simply your choice. Pure consciousness as it is referred to in Untapped, is a place where you have stripped down naked of social requirements, unreasonable expectations and any lower emotion that makes you feel less that awesome. *** We will fully assimilate this fact: The love and compassion of the human heart must marry the logic and reason of the human brain. *** Throughout this manuscript, you will see the combined word "The Frequency" because I want you to envision this term as something, a thing, a living, breathing entity that hears and sees you and knows just what you need to thrive. When you are in your own personalized frequency, you thrive. Depending on where your life experience is today, shifting into the frequency at will may require a very deep transformation, but you are ready. You are exhausted from trying to figure out why your life experience is, as it is. "The Frequency" is a balance of all things that make you feel neutral or excited, happy or in joy. It is a circle. On the outer rim, you have a flowing energy that circles around your own circle of knowing, or your "Wholeness Paradigm." Inside of the circle are smaller compartments with every thought, belief, fear and concern of your ever-evolving experience. The totality of the experience is the sum-total of the elements contained within. When you are in a lower frequency vibration in your life, you are sick, you feel bad, relationships are bad and you are broken emotionally and financially. In this lower frequency state of being, you do not feel good inside of your body, mind or soul. Most of us exist in the lower frequency and never dip our toes into something that feels better. It is just common but you can change this by becoming aware. "The Wholeness Paradigm" mapping course is alchemy for your frequency. I have written the following lessons into this book which are also available as an eBook and as a supplemental workbook because you will want to recycle the soul lessons here throughout your life and teach them to your daughters and granddaughters.

Current mainstream opinion in psychology, neuroscience, and philosophy of mind holds that all aspects of human mind and consciousness are generated by physical processes occurring in brains. Views of this sort have dominated recent scholarly publication. The present volume, however, demonstrates empirically that this reductive materialism is not only incomplete but false. The authors systematically marshal evidence for a variety of psychological phenomena that are extremely difficult, and in some cases clearly impossible, to account for in conventional physicalist terms. Topics addressed include phenomena of extreme psychophysical influence, memory, psychological automatisms and secondary personality, near-death experiences and allied phenomena, genius-level creativity, and 'mystical' states of consciousness both spontaneous and drug-induced. The authors further show that these rogue phenomena are more readily accommodated by an alternative 'transmission' or 'filter' theory of mind/brain relations advanced over a century ago by a largely forgotten genius, F. W. H. Myers, and developed further by his friend and colleague William James. This theory, moreover, ratifies the commonsense conception of human beings as causally effective conscious agents, and is fully compatible with leading-edge physics and neuroscience. The book should command the attention of all open-minded persons concerned with the still-unsolved mysteries of the mind.

This open access book has been written by ten Belgian health care professionals, nurses, university professors and doctors specializing in palliative care and ethicists who, together, raise questions concerning the practice of euthanasia. They share their experiences and reflections born out of their confrontation with requests for euthanasia and end-of-life support in a country where euthanasia has been decriminalized since 2002 and is now becoming a trivial topic.Far from evoking any militancy, these stories of life and death present the other side of a reality needs to be evaluated more rigorously.Featuring multidisciplinary perspectives, this though-provoking and original book is intended not only for caregivers but also for anyone who questions the meaning of death and suffering, as well as the impact of a law passed in 2002. Presenting real-world cases and experiences, it highlights the complexity of situations and the consequences of the euthanasia law. This book appeals to palliative care providers, hematologists, oncologists, psychiatrists, nurses and health professionals as well as researchers, academics, policy-makers, and social scientists working in health care. It is also a unique resource for those in countries where the decriminalization of euthanasia is being considered. Sometimes shocking, it focuses on facts and lived experiences to challenge readers and offer insights into euthanasia in Belgium.

What Should We Do With Our Brain written by Catherine Malabou and has been published by Fordham Univ Press this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2009-08-25 with Philosophy categories.

Recent neuroscience, in replacing the old model of the brain as a single centralized source of control, has emphasized plasticity, the quality by which our brains develop and change throughout the course of our lives. Our brains exist as historical products, developing in interaction with themselves and with their surroundings.Hence there is a thin line between the organization of the nervous system and the political and social organization that both conditions and is conditioned by human experience. Looking carefully at contemporary neuroscience, it is hard not to notice that the new way of talking about the brain mirrors the management discourse of the neo-liberal capitalist world in which we now live, with its talk of decentralization, networks, and flexibility. Consciously or unconsciously, science cannot but echo the world in which it takes place. In the neo-liberal world, plasticitycan be equated with flexibility-a term that has become a buzzword in economics and management theory. The plastic brain would thus represent just another style of power, which, although less centralized, is still a means of control. In this book, Catherine Malabou develops a second, more radical meaning for plasticity. Not only does plasticity allow our brains to adapt to existing circumstances, it opens a margin of freedom to intervene, to change those very circumstances. Such an understanding opens up a newly transformative aspect of the neurosciences. In insisting on this proximity between the neurosciences and the social sciences, Malabou applies to the brain Marx's well-known phrase about history: people make their own brains, but they do not know it. This book is a summons to such knowledge.
