Als Möglichkeit der Intervention haben sich unzählige Methoden aus dem Bereich des Theaters in der Welt mittlerer und großer Unternehmen sowie Organisationen etabliert und auch bewährt. Diese Erkenntnis erlangt man zumindest, wenn man sich auf den Homepages der Unternehmenstheateranbieter informiert. - Ist das aber wirklich so und kann Theater überhaupt wirksam und nachhaltig Konflikte aufspüren und bewältigen? - Gewiss nicht immer stoßen solche Methoden bei allen gleichermaßen auf Gegenliebe. Sie können Konflikte sogar noch verschärfen! Neben zahlreichen theoretischen Ausführungen kommen Praxisbezüge aus Befragungen nicht zu kurz. Insgesamt ist dies eine Arbeit, "die einen kreativen und innovativen Beitrag für ein modernes, reflexives Kulturmangement liefert", so der Zweitgutachter. Nicht zuletzt möchte die Arbeit die positive Wirkkraft theatraler Methoden verdeutlichen und so eine Lanze fürs Theater brechen, ohne das wir kulturell ein ganzes Stück ärmer wären.
