Schließen sie sich gegenseitig aus? Oder lassen sie sich miteinander vereinbaren? In die vergangenen Jahrhunderte zurückblickend sehen wir eine schier unendliche Fülle von immer öfter aufkommenden Infragestellungen, Angriffen und Abwehrhaltungen, sowohl auf Seiten der Kirche als auch auf Seiten der Naturwissenschaft. Eines der nach wie vor aktuellen Themen der Diskussion zwischen Naturwissenschaften und Theologie ist die Entstehung der Welt. Vom Schöpfungsbericht des Alten Testaments hört man nur noch wenig, denn unserer aufgeklärten Gesellschaft wurde er nicht mehr zumutbar und somit ließen sich die ersten Kapitel des Buches Genesis recht rasch in den Hintergrund drängen. Hierfür ist größtenteils die immer mehr vorstoßende und erstarkende Naturwissenschaft verantwortlich. Scheinbar längst überholte Ansichten werden mehr und mehr mit modernen, konkurrierenden Wissenschaftstheorien konfrontiert und zu widerlegen versucht. Die Urknalltheorie, Raum- und Zeitkrümmung sowie auch die Evolutionstheorie vertragen sich ganz offensichtlich nicht mit der Schöpfung durch Gott. Doch wie denkt sich denn die Naturwissenschaft die Entstehung des Universums? Was bedeutet überhaupt Schöpfung und Schöpfung aus dem Nichts und wie hat sich die Lehre darüber entwickelt? Auf diese Fragen möchte ich in meiner Arbeit weiter eingehen.

It is known that the Big Bang theory was based on the concept of creation ex nihilo, after ancient Greek philosophers. In this paper, we will make few remark on the concept of creatio ex nihilo (as a commentary to a recent paper by Kalachanis, Athanasios Anastasiou, Ioannis Kostikas, Efstratios Theodossious and Мilan S. Dimitrijevi), as well as two other approaches, i.e. Intelligent Design and Emergence Theory by Clayton/Yong. As continuation of our recent paper to appear in forthcoming issue of J. Asia Mathematika, we argue that beside the above three approaches, a new concept called creatio ex-rotatione offers a resolution to the long standing disputes between beginning and eternity of the Universe. In other words, in this respect we agree with Vaas, i.e. it can be shown: “how a conceptual and perhaps physical solution of the temporal aspect of Immanuel Kant’s „first antinomy of pure reason“ is possible, i.e. how our universe in some respect could have both a beginning and an eternal existence. Therefore, paradoxically, there might have been a time before time or a beginning of time in time.” By the help of computational simulation, we also show how a model of early Universe with rotation can fit this new picture.
