International knowledge transfer in religious education (RE) is still a fairly new topic. Das Thema Diversity und damit der Komplex der Gendergerechtigkeit ist ideologisch aufgeladen. Diversity zielt nicht ausschließlich auf ethnisch-kulturelle Vielfalt, sondern bezieht sich auch auf Merkmale wie Alter, Geschlecht, Weltanschauung und sexuelle Identität. Im (betriebs-)wirtschaftlichen Kontext und hier vor allem in den Bereichen Strategie, Führung/Leadership, Personal und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit erweitert Diversity die bisherigen interkulturellen Ansätze, indem Vielfalt als ein wirtschaftliches Potenzial und eine wirtschaftliche Chance genutzt werden soll: Ein Unternehmen soll attraktiver, kreativer, innovativer und als Marke wahrnehmbarer werden - jedoch steht der Theorie die mitunter komplizierte Praxis gegenüber, in der meist Unkenntnis oder Unsicherheit herrscht, wo und wie Diversity in betriebliche Entscheidungen einfließen kann und soll. Dieses Know-how vermittelt der Band sachlich und in konstruktiver Form, ohne dabei die "offenen Flanken", argumentativen Lücken und "seltsamen Blüten" zu verschweigen.
