“Come Vivere Alla Grande” è un libro motivazionale, che fa leva sul racconto delle esperienze dirette di Giancarlo Fornei, formatore motivazionale e mental coach. Conosciuto in rete come “Il Coach delle Donne”, per l’esperienza di lavoro fatto con l’universo femminile: sono oltre sette anni che Fornei fa formazione e coaching quasi esclusivamente con donne.Il libro è stato scritto sull’onda emotiva del maggio 2012, quando il fenomeno degli imprenditori e lavoratori che si toglievano la vita aveva raggiunto l’apice. Fornei riceve mediamente una ventina di email ogni giorno, di persone che pur non conoscendolo, gli chiedono consigli o anche solo una parola di conforto; quel mese, le email che ricevette avevano quasi tutte il sapore della disperazione, dove la terribile parola “suicidio”, era in qualche modo intuibile. A ciò, si aggiunse un vecchio problema di salute dello stesso Fornei, che si convinse della necessità di lanciare un messaggio di speranza, che facesse capire quanto la vita fosse meravigliosa. Così, dopo aver realizzato una trasmissione televisiva dal titolo “La vita è meravigliosamente bella”, su Antenna 3 Toscana, ha deciso di auto finanziarsi il progetto editoriale e di pubblicare il libro in self-publishing sulla piattaforma Youcanprint.itNel libro Fornei si mette letteralmente a “nudo”, raccontando i suoi mille problemi e gli errori che ha commesso. L’auspicio è che con il suo esempio possa arrivare al lettore una sorta di messaggio positivo, del tipo: “Forza, anche Tu puoi farcela”! La speranza è che il libro possa essere di stimolo e di aiuto alle molte persone che anche oggi, purtroppo, sono in difficoltà. Il titolo del libro è volutamente provocatorio; offre una sorta di percorso di vita in nove consigli, intersecati tra loro come gli anelli di una catena. Nove consigli per imparare a vivere intensamente la propria vita, partendo dal saper apprezzare quello che uno ha già. Perché pur essendo splendida, la vita, ci accorgiamo delle cose belle che abbiamo intorno a noi, solamente quando ci vengono a mancare.Non è un caso che la pagina di apertura del libro reciti testualmente: «In questo libro trovi nove consigli per imparare a vivere alla grande la tua vita e goderla al massimo, anche perché, mi dispiace farti notare che hai solo questa. Quindi, vivila la vita, anziché subirla». Il libro lo si trova nella doppia versione: ebook e cartaceo. É già stato tradotto in portoghese “Como viver ao máximo” ed è prevista la versione inglese entro la fine del 2014.
