Grow fruit and veg and live from it, having watched a few TV programs of family's in remote locations living a life of a castaway. (It looks bloody great.) It takes a certain type of brave person, strong in mind and fearless going out there. To catch the meal of the day when I look at the off griders in Alaska. (I'm a wimp compared to these amazing folk.)
