WEESULISE is a Luganda word literally translated as standing upside down and therefore having a different view from others. It's an investigative series about a veteran retired skilled officer who is always called back to give services to the police force to unravel critical and challenging cases. The drama gives an insight into tactics and techniques used in the course of unveiling the truth behind criminalities. In the THE BLIND WITNESS series, murder of a woman happens at a home where the only witness is a blind lady who has lived with the master of this home since he was a young child through which period, the bond between them grew stronger. During investigations and later during trial, the blind lady by all tests and cross examinations, convinces the court beyond reasonable doubt that although she is fond of her master who is by this time also confirmed dead, it was him who killed his wife before taking his own life. However, on the day of judgement, prosecution tell court that something unusual had happened. That, the blind lady was long dead and therefore could not have been a witness in the court. The court gets stuck in case of DOUBLE IDENTITY. As police gets into the nitty-gritties of this quagmire, again something else queer emerges. The body of the woman who was found killed in a bed does not match the wife's DNA and therefore the wife cannot be presumed dead. This turns this case into multiple murders. Things worsen when the blind witness cannot be traced after the court had granted her leave. And, like from a ghostly movie, no trace of her fingerprints can be found. Was she a ghost on a revenge mission?

He is interested in trivial things that seem not to have any bearing on the murder. This makes everyone feel disgusted with his actions.

Following his escape, he thereafter, joins a criminal gang that deals in human kidnap and human trafficking. However, at the end, the criminal gang is finally dismantled, but the runaway officer is never criminally charged.
