Sowohl bei Autodidakten die ihre Lerninhalte aus Büchern oder YouTube selbständig beziehen, als auch bei Anfängern wie Fortgeschrittenen im Instrumentalunterricht ist sehr häufig zu beobachten, dass mit viel zu viel Kraftaufwand in der linken Hand gedrückt wird. Die Entstehung dieser Gewohnheit ist sehr verständlich: Wir wollen einen schön klingenden Ton schaffen, der so lange als möglich anhält. Dazu kommt die Vorstellung dass "Musik machen" etwas mit Aufwand und Anstrengungen verbundenes ist. Die Nachteile dieser Gewohnheit habe wir alle schon erlebt: Die linke Hand schmerzt im Handrücken, im Handgelenk oder im Daumen. Der Sound der Gitarre klingt gepresst oder streng oder hart. Bei längeren Passagen mit durchgehenden Tönen oder bei höherer Geschwindigkeit kommen wir schnell an unsere Grenzen. Im Folgenden zeigen wir Ihnen zwei sehr sehr effektive Übungen die dabei helfen können, uns dieser Gewohnheit bewusster zu werden und sie abzulegen. Der erweiterte Zugang zur linken Hand verhilft dazu, Melodietöne und Akkorde schließlich mit weniger Kraftaufwand zu greifen. Deshalb sind die Übungen sowohl für Anfänger als auch für Fortgeschrittene sehr gut geeignet. Viel sinnvolle Beschäftigung und danach sehr viel Spass wünscht Ihnen Jürgen Kampik
