Grondig becommentarieerd op basis van rechtspraak en rechtsleer, onmisbaar voor toepassing in de praktijk: Deze codex heeft als doel aan de gebruiker de wetteksten ter beschikking te stellen die nodig zijn om een fiscaal administratieve of fiscaal strafrechtelijke procedure te voeren. Daarbij wordt bij de bepalingen - voor zover nodig - duiding gegeven. De wetgeving wordt toegelicht door middel van uitvoerige, doorgaans artikelsgewijze commentaren, die de wetgeving verduidelijken aan de hand van rechtspraak en rechtsleer.
