In the dominant interpretation of the Antioch incident Paul is viewed as separating from Peter and Jewish Christianity to lead his own independent mission which was eventually to triumph in the creation of a church with a gentile identity. Paul's gentile mission, however, represented only one strand of the Christ movement but has been universalized to signify the whole. The consequence of this view of Paul is that the earliest diversity in which he operated and which he affirmed has been anachronistically diminished almost to the point of obliteration. There is little recognition of the Jewish form of Christianity and that Paul by and large related positively to it as evidenced in Romans 14-15. Here Paul acknowledges Jewish identity as an abiding reality rather than as a temporary and weak form of faith in Christ. This book argues that diversity in Christ was fundamental to Paul and that particularly in his ethical guidance this received recognition. Paul's relation to Judaism is best understood not as a reaction to his former faith but as a transformation resulting from his vision of Christ. In this the past is not obliterated but transformed and thus continuity is maintained so that the identity of Christianity is neither that of a new religion nor of a Jesus cult. In Christ the past is reconfigured and thus the diversity of humanity continues within the church, which can celebrate the richness of differing identities under the Lordship of Christ.

Energy spurs social and economic development and has multiple effects on the ecological and social environment of societies. Energy access for socially equitable development, energy security for economic growth, and the mitigation of climate change all represent issues of sustainable development. Energy markets, however, fail to set incentives right. Based on research in five sustainable energy-related global policy networks and on conducted expert interviews, this study analyzes the effectiveness of global policy networks and aims to identify instruments of effective global environmental governance. In conclusion, the study will draft a strategy for network governance how to reconcile long-term and short-term interests by creating integrative sustainable business opportunities. This strategy has to foster collaboration in partnerships and self-organizing dynamics among the network partners.

"At a time when each Society had its own medium of propogation of its researches ... in the form of Transactions, Proceedings, Journals, etc., a need was strongly felt for bringing out a journal devoted exclusively to the study and advancement of Indian culture in all its aspects. [This] encouraged Jas Burgess to launch the 'Indian antiquary' in 1872. The scope ... was in his own words 'as wide as possible' incorporating manners and customs, arts, mythology, feasts, festivals and rites, antiquities and the history of India ... Another laudable aim was to present the readers abstracts of the most recent researches of scholars in India and the West ... 'Indian antiquary' also dealt with local legends, folklore, proverbs, etc. In short 'Indian antiquary' was ...entirely devoted to the study of MAN - the Indian - in all spheres ... " -- introduction to facsimile volumes, published 1985.

We are at war. This war is aimed at you, your family, your country and the Western Civilization as a whole. Afghanistan and the Socialist Revolution in America are parts of this long war... As a compilation of articles written during the last thirty years this book represents the history of ideology that brought the world and America to its current crisis. The pages of this book reveal the faceless and nameless enemies that have been secretly operating under the radar for decades. The book exposes the driving force behind the International Terrorism today: Russia and her Counterintelligence operations. Being a profound and meaningful work, this book is a rich arsenal of information based on the author’s first-hand experiences and factual data. This book will bring to light myriads of compelling and grim secrets behind such names as Joseph Stalin, who married the Communist ideology with Islamic Jihad, Yuri Andropov who designed the monumental infiltration into the midst of our society by simultaneous intrusion of our intelligence apparatus and the media, and Vladimir Putin who is successfully implementing their strategy in the 21st century. Exposing the core of today’s terrorism, its roots, ideology and operations, Socialist Revolution in America is an eye-opener in comprehending the major underlying problems in America and the world. To survive and win this war, awareness and knowledge of the enemy is urgent and crucial.
