Die Trad-Kletterprojekte, die nun folgen, führt Larcher zum größten Teil mit seiner Lebensgefährtin Babsi Zangerl durch, sie führen ihn in die ganze Welt, unter anderem an die Bigwalls im Yosemite Valley, und gipfeln in der Begehung der Tribe-Route im italienischen Klettergebiet Cadarese – seine bislang schwierigste und härteste Route, die er in Dankbarkeit seinem "Stamm" ("tribe"), der Kletter-Community, widmet.
