Die Urlaubsart Ferien auf dem Bauernhof ist kein Wirtschaftszweig, der sich haupts chlich f r den Tourismus entwickelte. Der landwirtschaftliche Betrieb hat sich vielmehr f r die Urlauber ge ffnet und ist zu einer attraktiven Urlaubsform geworden, die vor dem Hintergrund der Erlebnisaktualit t einen neuen Stellenwert bekommen k nnte. "Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof" wird vielfach mit Erlebnissen in Verbindung gebracht und gilt als Familienurlaub, der besonders f r Kinder interessant ist. In dieser Studie werden Erlebnisse von G sten auf Ferienbauernh fen in der SG Selsingen/Niedersachsen auf der Grundlage von psychologischen, soziologischen, konomischen und p dagogischen Ans tzen zum Erlebnis untersucht. Ziel ist es dabei herauszufinden, welche Erlebnisse die G ste haben, inwiefern diese an den Ferienbauernhof gekoppelt sind und ob die theoretischen Erlebnisans tze auf das Urlaubserleben der G ste anwendbar sind. Zur Bearbeitung der Fragestellung wird die Untersuchung in drei Teilen bearbeitet. Im ersten Teil werden die theoretischen Ans tze zum Erlebnis erl utert. Dabei wird das Erlebnis definiert und mit psychologischen Ans tzen erkl rt, die Erlebnisgesellschaft, Erlebnis konomie und die Erlebnisp dagogik dargestellt und die Theorie vom Urlaubserleben von Schober vorgestellt. Im zweiten Teil der Untersuchung wird "Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof" auf der Grundlage von Literatur untersucht. Hierbei sollen folgende Punkte bearbeitet werden: die Entwicklung in Deutschland, das G steklientel und das Angebot der Ferienbauernh fe. Der dritte und praktische Teil der Untersuchung widmet sich der G stebefragung und der Auswertung der Ergebnisse. Dazu werden stichprobenartig Urlaubsg ste auf Ferienbauernh fen in der Samtgemeinde Selsingen in Niedersachsen qualitativ interviewt. Die Fragen beruhen auf den theoretischen Ans tzen zum Erlebnis, wie sie im ersten Teil vorgestellt werden. Die Ergebnisse sollen mit Hilfe der Theorie von Schober zum Urlaubserleben veranschaulicht werden.
