You can take your faith to work in appropriate, engaging ways. Workplace Grace offers a simple, non-threatening approach to evangelism. Whether your work takes you to a construction site, a cramped cubical or the corner office, every Christian plays a significant role in the Great Commission. Between Sundays, you can be a pipeline for God's grace in the most strategic mission field in the world: your workplace. Workplace Grace is for Christians who are not gifted evangelists, yet they want to make a spiritual difference at work and see their coworkers and friends come to faith in Jesus Christ. After adopting Workplace Grace strategies, Christians who once felt awkward sharing their faith now say, "A load of guilt has been taken off my shoulders." "I never knew sharing my faith could be so simple." "I can do this!"

It is written for all Christians who may not think they have a gift for evangelism but want their lives to have an impact on the people around them. It describes evangelism as a process and helps you understand how your skills and God-given gifts can easily be used to draw customers, clients, and coworkers to new life in Jesus Christ.

I wrote Grace & War in the Workplace while experiencing the darkest moments of my life. This book is about my personal journey of surviving in a hostile working environment. For years, I endured and overcame every trick, plan, plot and attack from the enemy. I've shared some key principles that will help others fight the good fight of faith by being obedient to the LORD. While working under such unfavorable conditions YEAR AFTER YEAR, I lost my identity. My joy and confidence suffered. I didn't know WHO I was and searched for the approval of man. I began questioning myself - What was I doing? What was I saying? What should I wear? Who could I trust? Where should I go? It became a daily task for me to make a sound decision. The only thing I had on this job was my Bible and GOD's word. I am as transparent as possible about my experiences to help others out of the darkness when they are perplexed about what they are experiencing and their job has become their pulpit. The breaking, the crushing and the making is all a part of the process of being positioned to experience GODs glory. The devil is real, but he doesn't stand a chance against the Power of God!

On Monday morning, Sunday's pew occupants go to work, where demands and accountability are enforced by performance reviews. While some corporations have already discovered the benefits of undeserved favour, the desire for more grace in the workplace is becoming a widespread social phenomenon. For clergy readers, this book serves as a catalyst for introducing more grace into sermons, based on scripture and the needs of the average congregation of weekday workers. For lay audiences, be they employers or employees, grace provides an additional reason for getting up in the morning, but for those who attend a church, when grace is related to daily work, faith has someplace to go that counts even when they leave church on Sunday.

A Biblical View of Work in Light of the Gospel For many people, their job is merely "the daily grind" needed to provide for family or pay the bills. Yet our work is a vital means for fulfilling God's purpose for our lives and displaying his grace to those around us. We bear God's image in our workplaces, experiencing his blessings and expressing his nature through our efforts, integrity, creativity, generosity, and excellence. No earthly chore is without the opportunity to observe his divine hand. No challenge in task or relationship is without opportunity to represent God's heart. In this ebook, author and pastor Bryan Chapell shares this biblical perspective of vocation, explaining how God gives purpose to our work by making it an instrument of his grace to our own hearts, as well as a way of bringing his goodness and glory into our world. Chapell explains how we can worship God by our work, rising above drudgery, duty, or self-interest with the understanding that our jobs are unique callings for displaying God's character and care. Our work is worship when we see the glory beyond the grind, the mission in the mundane, and the grace at work. Ideal for Christians in the Workplace: Contains encouragement for those looking for purpose in their jobs Biblically Grounded: Chapell teaches how the gospel blesses attitudes and responsibilities relating to success, creativity, money, integrity, leadership, and even sin in the workplace Kingdom Minded: Explains vocation in light of the grace Christ provides to and through his people for blessing our world and bringing him glory

Have you ever felt the need to share your faith in the workplace but were afraid you may get into trouble? Maybe you were hesitant because you feared being asked questions you couldn't answer. Is your personality one that avoids conflict and doesn't want to "shove your religion down people's throats"? Do you think people will see you as a hypocrite or shun you? Perhaps you think sharing the Gospel is the responsibility of the clergy and church staff but your faith is a personal and private matter between you and God. This book will explain why it is your responsibility as a Christian to share the gospel of Jesus Christ, even in the workplace. It will give tips on how to successfully share while overcoming the fear and the opposition that Satan wants you to experience so that your witness will be kept silent. If you are saved by grace, you have everything you need to talk about Jesus On The Job.

There is no mistaking that inequality in the workplace is still prevalent in the form of salary inequity and unequal representation in leadership and board positions. Too often conversations about inequality can lead to men and women believing they are alike. Women and men are not the same, biologically or psychologically, and these differences lead to significant dissimilarities in how each approaches leadership situations. Grace Meets Grit navigates the previously unexplored subject of gender differences in the workplace specifically applied to critical leadership behaviors. Leadership behaviors are what make us all successful in the workplace. They are how we are evaluated against our peers and what we use to solve problems when working in teams. We also know that the most effective organizations work diligently to optimize these leadership behaviors. Through stories of extraordinary, courageous women, Grace Meets Grit shows how to compensate for your innate style by "dialing up" leadership qualities you may not naturally possess. Middleton empowers women, in particular, to embrace their innate qualities and anticipate and apply behaviors expected of their male counterparts to help level the playing field. The end result is fewer misunderstandings in the workplace and higher performance from both individual leaders and teams.
