Saddam Hussein and Usama Bin Laden... Saddam and the 9/11 attacks, There's no shortage of ties between the two. There was a relationship, but there's no concrete evidence of a collaborative relationship to 911. of confusion about Saddam and Bin Laden, and how close there were or were not. The smoke left by shadowy terrorists, Iraqi Intelligence Services agents, Western spies, and anonymous international media sources makes the haze even more impenetrable. Adding to this blindness is the curtain of political partisanship that was cast over the issue by both sides in the 2004 Presidential campaign. So what is the truth? reports, bi-partisan investigations, hundreds of media and literary sources, newly discovered documents found in post-war Iraq, interrogation reports of Saddam and captured senior Al Queda leaders. Coupled with the 20-20 hindsight vision of history and reports secured through the Freedom of Information Act, this book shows very clearly what is known, what the public is allowed to know, and not only allows readers to make their own assessments, but encourages just that.

As US imperialism continues to dictate foreign policy, Deadly Contradictions is a compelling account of the American empire. Stephen P. Reyna argues that contemporary forms of violence exercised by American elites in the colonies, client state, and regions of interest have deferred imperial problems, but not without raising their own set of deadly contradictions. This book can be read many ways: as a polemic against geopolitics, as a classic social anthropological text, or as a seminal analysis of twenty-four US global wars during the Cold War and post-Cold War eras.

In October 2010, Al Qaida attempted to bomb two cargo planes flying out of the Middle East. They took credit for this failed attempt through an English magazine named INSPIRE. Was INSPIRE really the work of Al Qaida, or was it's editor a Canadian named Beverly Giesbrecht? She had earlier hosted a reactionary Al Qaida website (jihadunspun.com) out of Vancouver, Canada. In 2008, she was kidnapped in Afghanistan while trying to infiltrate the Taliban. Shortly after she was released in June 2009, she died/disappeared in strange circumstances. Or was this an exit strategy? And was INSPIRE her new "assignment?" Using his personal familiarity with Bev's first foray into the world of Jihad (jihadunspun.com), the author connects Bev to INSPIRE magazine, and by extension, to the cargo plane bombing plot. What emerges is a sinister picture of Western Intelligence Agencies floating their own secret Jihad groups for a variety of criminal undertakings, and the anatomy of a false flag operation gone wrong.

Powerful explosions rocked three underground trains in London in the morning of July 7, 2005. Another explosion occurred shortly later on a double-decker bus at Tavistock Square. Fifty-two people reportedly died in the explosions and over 700 were wounded. Numerous individuals lost limbs in the explosions. The deadly operation manifested careful planning and coordination. Four young British Muslims were named as the suicide-bombers. While the official account on the events of September 11, 2001 became etched in stone within 24 hours and remained unchanged ever since, the official account on the London bombings (hereafter 7/7) settled only after numerous modifications. In this book, the official account on the London Transport bombings will be examined in great detail. How was that account established? How reliable was the evidence adduced by the authorities? Was that account coherent? How were the suspects identified? Who gained by this mass-murder? This book demonstrates that the British authorities (a) did not demonstrate zeal in investigating events of 7/7; (b) did not produce conclusive evidence that the four accused died in the bombings and intended to kill themselves or others; (c) failed to prove that the explosions of 7/7 were caused by home-made explosives; (d) failed to carry out autopsies on the bodies of the alleged bombers and on victims; (e) failed to explain why so many security cameras did not work precisely on the morning of 7/7; (f) failed to explain the difficulties in counting the dead; (g) failed to explain why their timeline on the alleged bombers' movements was initially wrong; (h) failed to investigate the extraordinary coincidence between Peter Power's terror exercise and the actual events; (i) failed to explain what happened at Canary Wharf on the morning of 7/7. Justice has not been rendered. The victims continue to be deprived of the truth on the events. The book attempts to remedy this failure.

Tradecraft: as intriguing as it is forbidden ... Tradecraft is the term applied to techniques used by intelligence personnel to assist them in conducting their operations and, like many other professions, the espionage business has developed its own rich lexicon. In the real, sub rosa world of intelligence-gathering, each bit of jargon acts as a veil of secrecy over particular types of activity, and in this book acclaimed author Nigel West explains and give examples of the lingo in action. He draws on the first-hand experience of defectors to and from the Soviet Union; surveillance operators who kept terrorist suspects under observation in Northern Ireland; case officers who have put their lives at risk by pitching a target in a denied territory; the NOCs who lived under alias to spy abroad; and much more. Turn these pages and be immersed in the real world of James Bond: assets, black operations, double agents, triple agents ... it's all here.

How America Was Lost written by Paul Craig Roberts and has been published by Atwell Publishing this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2014-03-01 with History categories.

Even as the view of America as a rogue state consolidates abroad, Americans appear largely bystanders at the spectacle of their government running amok. People forget the myriad instances of their government's flouting of the Constitution and international legal norms-- if ever they were aware of them in the first place--accepting to live in the increasingly pernicious "new normal" with little protest. This remarkable anthology of columns documents and reminds us of the extraordinary developments that, in their accumulation, have led to the destruction of accountable and moral government in the US. Few American commentators have cut more clearly through the deepening deceit, hypocrisy and outright criminality that has infested official Washington since 9/11 than Paul Craig Roberts. His scathing critique sheds much-needed light on the country's impending nightmare--economic collapse, internal repression, ongoing wars, and rising rejection by friends and foes alike. How America Was Lost marks Roberts as one of the most prescient and courageous moral commentators in America today.

Disrupt And Deny written by Rory Cormac and has been published by Oxford University Press this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2018-05-10 with History categories.

British leaders use spies and Special Forces to interfere in the affairs of others discreetly and deniably. Since 1945, MI6 has spread misinformation designed to divide and discredit targets from the Middle East to Eastern Europe and Northern Ireland. It has instigated whispering campaigns and planted false evidence on officials working behind the Iron Curtain, tried to ferment revolution in Albania, blown up ships to prevent the passage of refugees to Israel, and secretly funnelled aid to insurgents in Afghanistan and dissidents in Poland. MI6 has launched cultural and economic warfare against Iceland and Czechoslovakia. It has tried to instigate coups in Congo, Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and elsewhere. Through bribery and blackmail, Britain has rigged elections as colonies moved to independence. Britain has fought secret wars in Yemen, Indonesia, and Oman — and discreetly used Special Forces to eliminate enemies from colonial Malaya to Libya during the Arab Spring. This is covert action: a vital, though controversial, tool of statecraft and perhaps the most sensitive of all government activity. If used wisely, it can play an important role in pursuing national interests in a dangerous world. If used poorly, it can cause political scandal — or worse. In Disrupt and Deny, Rory Cormac tells the remarkable true story of Britain's secret scheming against its enemies, as well as its friends; of intrigue and manoeuvring within the darkest corridors of Whitehall, where officials fought to maintain control of this most sensitive and seductive work; and, above all, of Britain's attempt to use smoke and mirrors to mask decline. He reveals hitherto secret operations, the slush funds that paid for them, and the battles in Whitehall that shaped them.
