"And when He was entered into a ship, His disciples followed Him. And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves, but He was asleep. His disciples came to Him, and woke Him, saying, Lord save us we perish. And He saith unto them why are you fearful, O ye of little faith? Then He arose and rebuke the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm" Matthew 8:23-25.Every now and then, we come across experiences of life that seek to trigger fear in us even when we do not have any reason to fear. We give ourselves to needles fear. We bow to things and people that supposed to bow to us because fear has taken over our heart.Even though we giants, we live like dwarfs because of what we are seeing around us. We allowed ourselves to be controlled by fear. Like in the case of the disciples, even when the master was with them, they were still afraid of the storm.Haven stayed around Jesus Christ of Nazareth that long and witnessed his supernatural manifestations, why on earth would they still allow any storm to create fear in them? They are supposed to know that such a thing can never be beyond the power of Jesus Christ, the Savior of their soul. They had everything it takes to still the storm, but they chose to be afraid. The same thing happens to many Christians today. We allow satan to torment us with fear unnecessary. We have everything to stop the enemy and his fear but we would rather choose to submit to the dictate and torment of his fear.Fear is one tool that the devil doesn't joke with when he wants to deal with man. When there is fear, he gains ground effortlessly. He doesn't have sleepless night over people he has succeeded in establishing fear in their hearts. He can bother over you when you are acting by faith, but, not when you are living in fear.It is important you know that fear will not allow you to achieve the best of God for your life. God cannot function in a life where there is fear. As faith, empowers him to function, so fear deflates his ability to function. His power to save and deliver is paralyzed when subjected to an atmosphere of fear.Nothing good can come out of fear. Fear kills, fear torments, fear paralyses. We have destiny in God; but, it will never manifest until we conquer fear to its root. In all honesty, we lost more to fear than to satan. Most deaths are deaths of fear; most defeats are defeats of fear. Those who live in fear cannot truly live. There is no life in fear. Destiny cannot be found in fear. Everything that is associated with fear is evil. There is nothing good that can come out of it. Men are not permitted to advance in destiny when they are ruled and controlled by the spirit of fear.I wrote this book to let you know that there is nothing to fear about in this world. Whatever is making you to be afraid is against God's will for your life. God can never be part of fear, so whatever is creating fear in your heart can never be of God.I trust God to help me be part of the effort you are making to live a life that is free of fear through this book. I want you to open your heart and receive all there is to receive within its contents. You life will never be the same again in Jesus mighty name. Amen!"And when He was entered into a ship, His disciples followed Him. And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves, but He was asleep. His disciples came to Him, and woke Him, saying, Lord save us we perish. And He saith unto them why are you fearful, O ye of little faith? In a time long ago and yet very familiar, an enigmatic young warrior named Syncritus was caught between two worlds. The son of an oracle from an animist tribe, he is taken as a child to a famed eastern city ruled by a "Sage King." After becoming a knight in the fellowship of The Green Sword, he returns to his mother's village to find his destiny in defending the five tribes of the "Fertile Valley" from a mega-technic empire. Yet another country to the north is divided between three religious groups who are constantly at war and are now on the brink of catastrophe. When Syncritus discovers an engineering project that would threaten the ecology and stability of the whole region, colorful and intriguing characters from all of the nations involved find their lives becoming intertwined in a synchronous experience, culminating in an epic "battle of ideas" that is a parable of human history. Syncritus is a 2012 Finalist in the Eric Hoffer Award's "New Horizon" short list of distinguished first time authors!

New York Times bestseller What is Jesus worth to you? It's easy for American Christians to forget how Jesus said his followers would actually live, what their new lifestyle would actually look like. They would, he said, leave behind security, money, convenience, even family for him. They would abandon everything for the gospel. They would take up their crosses daily... But who do you know who lives like that? Do you? In Radical, David Platt challenges you to consider with an open heart how we have manipulated the gospel to fit our cultural preferences. He shows what Jesus actually said about being his disciple--then invites you to believe and obey what you have heard. And he tells the dramatic story of what is happening as a "successful" suburban church decides to get serious about the gospel according to Jesus. Finally, he urges you to join in The Radical Experiment -- a one-year journey in authentic discipleship that will transform how you live in a world that desperately needs the Good News Jesus came to bring.

Volume 52 Sermons 2968-3019 Charles Spurgeon (19 June 1834 – 31 January 1892) is one of the church’s most famous preachers and Christianity’s foremost prolific writers. Called the “Prince of Preachers,” he was one of England's most notable ministers for most of the second half of the nineteenth century, and he still remains highly influential among Christians of different denominations today. His sermons have spread all over the world, and his many printed works have been cherished classics for decades. In his lifetime, Spurgeon preached to more than 10 million people, often up to ten times each week. He was the pastor of the congregation of the New Park Street Chapel (later the Metropolitan Tabernacle) in London for 38 years. He was an inexhaustible author of various kinds of works including sermons, commentaries, an autobiography, as well as books on prayer, devotionals, magazines, poetry, hymns and more. Spurgeon was known to produce powerful sermons of penetrating thought and divine inspiration, and his oratory and writing skills held his audiences spellbound. Many Christians have discovered Spurgeon's messages to be among the best in Christian literature. Edward Walford wrote in Old and New London: Volume 6 (1878) quoting an article from the Times regarding one of Spurgeon’s meetings at Surrey: “Fancy a congregation consisting of 10,000 souls, streaming into the hall, mounting the galleries, humming, buzzing, and swarming—a mighty hive of bees—eager to secure at first the best places, and, at last, any place at all. After waiting more than half an hour—for if you wish to have a seat you must be there at least that space of time in advance—Mr. Spurgeon ascended his tribune. To the hum, and rush, and trampling of men, succeeded a low, concentrated thrill and murmur of devotion, which seemed to run at once, like an electric current, through the breast of every one present, and by this magnetic chain the preacher held us fast bound for about two hours. It is not my purpose to give a summary of his discourse. It is enough to say of his voice, that its power and volume are sufficient to reach every one in that vast assembly; of his language, that it is neither high-flown nor homely; of his style, that it is at times familiar, at times declamatory, but always happy, and often eloquent; of his doctrine, that neither the 'Calvinist' nor the 'Baptist' appears in the forefront of the battle which is waged by Mr. Spurgeon with relentless animosity, and with Gospel weapons, against irreligion, cant, hypocrisy, pride, and those secret bosom-sins which so easily beset a man in daily life; and to sum up all in a word, it is enough to say of the man himself, that he impresses you with a perfect conviction of his sincerity.” More than a hundred years after his death, Charles Spurgeon’s legacy continues to effectively inspire the church around the world. For this reason, Delmarva Publications has chosen to publish the complete works of Charles Spurgeon.

The Union is a prophetic message that confronts deceptive and divisive strongholds of the last days' churches. Let the Holy Spirit, our Teacher, untangle the confusion that has divided us by blinding us to the pure Word of God. The uniqueness of The Union lies in its goal of perfect unity among Jewish and gentile believers through the singular nature of Truth. To that end, revelations of deep, formerly hidden passages bring mysteries to light in this eye-opening Biblical exposition. Search and find hidden manna that brings us into the fullness of life in Christ. Discover how God's covenants clarify a single gospel to us all. Examine the Jewish roots of the Christian faith to appreciate the unity of the Scriptures, and let the Word of God lead us into The Union at last! The integrity of the Word advances through The Union to purify and prepare the elect. Today it is urgent that those who profess faith in the Savior receive the Word of God in preference to the words of men. With nearly three-thousand verses, "Repent and believe all the Scriptures!" is the charge of The Union to the churches in these extraordinary times. The Messiah will return for a blameless and spotless Bride, holy in faith and conduct. "Be prepared to meet Him!" is the resonant call of The Union. Former co-host of the internationally syndicated radio program, Man Alive, Joan Richardson is anointed with the gift of prophecy as a motivational speaker, evangelist, and author.
