Estudou-se a autonomia do sistema de resolução de conflitos desportivos face à jurisdição estadual, analisando particularmente a instituição legal da arbitragem necessária do Tribunal Arbitral do Desporto. Desenvolveu-se um trabalho em torno da tese de saber se a existência de uma relação de desigualdade estrutural entre o associativismo desportivo e os agentes desportivos no plano do Direito material pode ter ou não efeitos no plano processual.

The field of comparative constitutional law has grown immensely over the past couple of decades.
