Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2019 im Fachbereich Chemie - Materialchemie, Werkstoffchemie, Note: 1,5, Hochschule Niederrhein in Mönchengladbach , Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Am 10.10.2018 erließ die EU-Kommission eine neue Verordnung zur Änderung des Anhangs der bereits bestehenden Verordnung 1907/2006. Letztere wurde im Jahr 2006 veröffentlicht und beinhaltete im Appendix eine umfassende Liste mit Chemikalien, deren Inverkehrbringen überwacht und begrenzt wird. Textilien und Bekleidung waren bislang weitestgehend nicht davon betroffen. Der Erlass zur Änderung der Nachschrift, dessen Auswirkungen Thema dieser Arbeit sind, wird als VO 2018/1513 bezeichnet. Durch ihn sind 33 CMR-Stoffe in den Anhang XVII mit aufgenommen worden. CMR ist die Abkürzung für die englischen Begriffe cancerogen, mutagen und reprotoxic, bezeichnet also chemische Stoffe, die krebserregend, erbgutverändernd oder fruchtbarkeitsgefährdend sind oder mindestens eine dieser Eigenschaften innehaben. Welche Auswirkungen die neue Verordnung auf die Textil- und Bekleidungsindustrie hat, ist bislang wenig untersucht. Da eine Richtlinie mit so weitreichender Gültigkeit für die genannte Branche noch nicht besteht, sind die Ausmaße bislang kaum bekannt. Aufgrund dessen ergibt sich die Problemstellung, dass mögliche, realistische Folgen für die betroffene Branche noch unklar sind. Zum einen könnten Unternehmen nicht über die Verordnung informiert worden sein beziehungsweise nicht nachvollziehen können, was die Regelung für sie zu bedeuten hat, zum anderen könnte unbekannt sein, was konkret ab dem Tag des Inkrafttretens zu beachten ist. Demnach ist eine Erläuterung für die Unternehmen notwendig, die klare Vorgaben enthält, wie sie zukünftig handeln sollten, um dem europäischen Gesetz zu entsprechen.

In the spring of 1945, Fuhrer and Reich Chancellor Adolf Hitler, President Edvard Benes, and Marshal Josip Broz Tito stood as examples of the complete rupture between the Germans and Austrians on the one hand, and the Czechs, Slovaks, Slovenes, Croats, Serbs, and Bosniaks on the other. Although many kings, presidents, chancellors, ministers, governors, diplomats, business tycoons, generals, Nazi-Gauleiter, higher SS and police leaders, and Communist functionaries have appeared as historical actors in the 170 years of East-Central and Southeastern European history, Hitler, Benes, and Tito remain especially present in historical memory at the beginning of the twenty-first century.

The emergence and development of the Ethnomathematics movement continue to change our understanding of the history of evolution of plural mathematics on planet earth since the Neolithic age. Rediscovery and study of some of the neglected source texts have further energized investigations on the subsequent history of mathematical cultures, including those on the histories of algebra and analysis in some of the ancient and medieval languages of Asia, like Sanskrit, Arabic and Malayalam. Consequently, it is now possible to indicate some of the larger gaps in the dominant understanding of history of mathematics not only in Marx’s time, but also at the time of editing Marx’s mathematical manuscripts in the twentieth century, and even today.
