Through extensive research and a broad knowledge base on different financial institutions, we believe there are specific types of life insurance companies that offer specific types of life insurance contracts with certain beneficial features to a conservative saver. A properly trained financial professional can use these contracts to offer a conservative saver a tremendous alternative to traditional banking methods. Please understand that we are not actually creating a real bank for our clients or communicating that life insurance companies are the same as a bank. Rather we are attempting to design a financial vehicle that can mimic certain banking functions in one's personal/business economy - like financing big ticket purchases and controlling where your cash flow is stored.

Building A Modern Financial System provides penetrating insights into the upheavals in Indonesia, and explains the kinds of policies that can lead to the development of a modern financial system in a large, relatively underdeveloped country. The study covers all facets of the financial system, emphasising the role of the monetary authorities, the transition from government-dominated to a predominantly private banking system, and the rapid expansion of the capital market. Indonesia is a particularly interesting case because its economy and financial system was in shambles in the mid-1960s owing to political adventurism and economic mismanagement. Until more recently sensible economic policies and growth-promoting reforms provided a sound financial system and a balanced expansion of agriculture and industry. However since the mid-1990's the stability of the Indonesian system has once again been called into question.

A reflection on the fragile banking sector nowadays and the possibility of progressing towards a system of public and safe money, issued by the Central Bank. Miguel A. Fernández Ordóñez introduces his text with a quote from Mervyn King, former governor of the Bank of England: «Among all ways of organizing the banking system, the one that we have today is the worst.» Ordóñez shares his opinion and he proposes a radical change within the banking system: a Central Bank which would be the only one authorized to create money. His reform would allow families and companies to deposit their money in the Central Bank, something that exclusively private banks do today. Thus, only real money would be employed, far away from the «fictive money» or «promise to give back money» that we are used to nowadays. Fernández Ordóñez claims that by doing so, financial and economic crises could be avoided, such as the one which Spain suffered from 2008 onwards. Banks would not need to be rescued with huge amounts of public money. Through this new model that the author proposes, everything would be reformulated: the Central Bank would be an autonomous system, far from the control of political powers, and private banks would transform into very different companies. The Government would not be in need of investing public money to save banks, and the society would head towards a more equal and safe economic system.

America’s elite have been using cash value life insurance to stockpile wealth for centuries. Used correctly, it is better described as a personal bank on steroids, and a financial bunker for tough times. To be clear, this book is not about the typical garbage peddled by most insurance agents. Rather, an alternative to the risky investment strategies taught by Wall Street. It details a highly efficient form of cash value life insurance designed to supercharge your savings and stockpile wealth. A product so powerful it’s responsible for the success of Walt Disney, JC Penney, Ray Kroc, and thousands of others. Here's what you'll discover: •How the wealthy use this vehicle to create more wealth, take less risk, and create predictable income they can't outlive •Why banks and corporations place billions of dollars in this powerful vehicle •How I earned over 300 percent returns leveraging my life insurance policies •How you can create a safe, predictable foundation to enhance every financial decision you make •How to win with taxes and keep more of the money you make While the information compiled into this book is valuable, you'll also find three case studies that show you exactly how it works. You'll be able to visually see how it grows, how it's accessed, as well as the future income that can be taken. ______________ Influencers of this book are Nelson Nash, his book "Becoming Your Own Banker: Unlock the Infinite Banking Concept"; Pamela Yellen, her book "Bank on Yourself"; Dwayne Burnell, his book "Financial Independence in the 21st Century - Life Insurance * Utilize the Infinite Banking Concept * Compliment Your 401K - Retirement Planning With Permanent Whole Life versus Term or Universal - Create Financial Peace"; and my Father Dan Thompson, and his book "The Banking Effect: Acquiring wealth through your own Private Banking System." I was introduced to these financial strategies at a young age, and this is book represents the effort and energy on both the part of everyone of my mentors, these authors here, as well as my own diligence in learning about and implementing these very same strategies into my personal finances. This book is designed to simplify some of the concepts surrounding cash value life insurance, such as Infinite Banking and Bank on Yourself, and make them easier to understand, stripping them down to the core benefits of cash value life insurance.

The IMF, with the Bank for International Settlements and the Financial Stability Board, has been at the forefront of discussions on reform of the global financial system to reduce the possibility of future crises, as well as to limit the consequences if they do occur. The policy choices are both urgent and challenging, and are complicated by the relationship between sovereign debt and risks to the banking sector. Building a More Resilient Financial Sector describes the key elements of the reform agenda, including tighter regulation and more effective supervision; greater transparency to strengthen market discipline and limit incentives for risk taking; coherent mechanisms for resolution of failed institutions; and effective safety nets to limit the impact on the financial system of institutions viewed as "too big to fail." Finally, the book takes a look ahead at how the financial system is likely to be shaped by the efforts of policymakers and the private sector response.
