Model Manajemen Pelatihan Berbasis SMART merupakan hasil kajian ilmiah berupaya menjawab keluhan tersebut dengan kekhasan one in one satu keterampilan dalam satu pelatihan yang dilakukan dalam 2-3 JP, jumlah peserta 5-10 orang, biaya antara Rp 90.00 s.d 100.000 OJ melalui wadah MGBK. Buku Panduan ini secara lengkap memberi pedoman kepada Pengelola dan Instruktur/Ahli dalam memberi pelatihan kepada guru untuk melaksanakan layanan khusus BK di sekolah.
