Buku ini membincangkan masalah pengurusan disiplin pelajar dengan memberikan panduan asas dan praktikal tentang disiplin dan pengurusan disiplin untuk membantu pihak sekolah, para guru dan golongan pendidik terutama yang masih bertugas di sekolah, IPTA dan IPTS, termasuklah ibu bapa untuk sama-sama menangani masalah disiplin di sekolah mahupun di rumah demi kepentingan pendidikan di negara ini.
