De esta manera se plantea como tema un Centro multifuncional, donde convivan terminos incompatibles que sirvan de respiro a dichas edificaciones y de esparcimiento para las personas respondiendo asi a las exigencias del sector de concebir espacios cuya dinamica siempre este en movimiento."
