Con este libro llegarás a conocer las percepciones que sobre las tutorías, tienen los estudiantes y los profesores de los estudios de Enfermería de la Universidad de Sevilla. Se compararon las opiniones de ambos colectivos, además, de las diferencias en función de variables sociodemográficas. Y se han encontrado diferencias en un número importantes de las variables. Además, se han evidenciado influencias de las variables sociodemográficas en estas. En general, se ha observado una escasa planificación de las tutorías, y de la evaluación y calificación de las mismas. Las cuestiones más abordadas han sido las académicas. En las tutorías se atiende fundamentalmente de forma individual, en el despacho del profesor o por correo electrónico, y el grado de utilización de las mismas es bajo. Profesores y estudiantes, se han mostrado bastante o muy satisfechos con las tutorías. En las propuestas de mejora, han ocupado el primer lugar los aspectos relacionados con la planificación de las tutorías en ambos grupos. Las preferencias temáticas de los estudiantes, han sido mayoritariamente sobre cuestiones académicas y profesionalizantes. Para finalizar, decir que los resultados de este estudio pueden tenerse en cuenta para el desarrollo de intervenciones orientadas a la mejora de la calidad de las tutorías universitarias.
