The paper focused on the ongoing process of education system in Nepal after the advent of democracy in 1951AD, to till the Peoples Movement of 2004 AD. Six decades political unrest brought drastic change in the socio-economic and education in Nepal. Though, it was unknown, people followed social pattern in the education system. SSRP was implemented with inclusive education along with the policy of mother tongue approach; led fully fledged democratic norms and the principles in education policy in Nepal. Now the time has come, planners, educators, researcher felt the need of inclusive education in the context of Nepal to promote and preserve cultural diversity.

How critical is education in the development struggle of a third world country? Responding to popular demands for more accessible education, the Guyanese government instituted numerous educational reforms, hoping to promote economic growth in both the modern and the traditional sectors of the economy. Many in the traditional sector, however, saw education as a means of economic advancement, and sought increasingly to move into higher social strata through employment in the modern sector. Consequently, the civil service and private firms gained an oversupply of personnel, while agriculture and small business suffered, and unemployment increased. The author examines Guyana’s educational system from historical, political, social, and economic perspectives, and draws implications for other developing countries.

The Central African Republic (CAR) is a landlocked country in the heart of Africa. Its population of around 5 million inhabitants is one of the poorest in the world, despite the presence of valuable mineral resources such as diamonds, gold and uranium. CAR has a diverse ethnic makeup, with over 80 ethnic groups, each with its own language and traditions. One of the country’s largest ethnic groups is the Bayaka, who are traditionally hunter-gatherers, while the Bantu peoples are the largest group in terms of population. CAR has experienced significant political instability since its independence from France in 1960. The country has been plagued by coups, rebellions, and armed conflicts, which have severely impacted the country’s economic and social development. The two most recent crises took place in 2013 and 2020, with the former leading to a period of sectarian violence and displacement, and the latter leading to the overthrow of the incumbent president, Faustin-Archange Touadéra, by a coalition of rebel groups. Despite the country’s challenges, efforts are underway to stabilize the political situation and to address the humanitarian needs of the population.
