This book collects some of the works presented at ATEE Florence Spring Conference 2020-2021. The Conference, originally planned for May 2020, was forcefully postponed due to the dramatic insurgence of the pandemic. Doing research is an ever-changing challenge for social scientists. This challenge is harder than ever today as current societies are changing quickly and in many, sometimes conflicting, directions. Quello della verità è un problema che bisogna trattare con rispetto perché interessa tutti. È un argomento dai risvolti esistenziali, che non riguarda solo il modo di ragionare, ma implica anche quello di spendere la vita in una maniera invece che in un’altra.
