Monitoring and diagnosis of electrical machine faults is a scientific and economic issue which is motivated by objectives for reliability and serviceability in electrical drives. Le travail de recherche présenté dans ce mémoire traite de façon originale l'estimation paramétrique d'un modèle d'une génératrice synchrone sans amortisseur. La grande majorité des études de ces génératrices se basent sur des essais spécifiques ayant l'inconvénient d'être éloignés du fonctionnement nominal pour lequel elle sera destinée. Nous utilisons ici un essai en régime dynamique autour d'un point de fonctionnement nominal. Nous avons développé une procédure d'identification s'appuyant premièrement sur une modélisation de Park de la machine, deuxièmement sur des techniques d'estimation paramétrique à erreur de sortie avec information a priori et troisièmement sur des acquisitions expérimentales grâce à un banc d'essai développé au sein de la société Moteurs Leroy Somer. Pour finir, grâce à un mode d'excitation spécifique basé sur des impacts de charge électrique, nous présentons les résultats de différentes approches suivant le choix des entrées-sorties du modèle à identifier.

L’intégration des systèmes de commande électriques n'a été l'objet que de travaux marginaux dont aucun n'a envisagé jusqu'à présent une approche systématique du problème. Actuellement, l'intégration de la commande fait appel la plupart du temps à un processeur spécialisé type micro conducteur ou DSP couplé parfois à un ASlC, dédié à la génération des impulsions MLI de commande de l'onduleur. Cette approche de conception est peu réactive face aux changements de spécification et ne permet pas de traiter certains problèmes que nous identifions dans cette thèse (vérification des modèles, exploration de l'espace des solutions, etc...). Pour résoudre ces problèmes, nous proposons d’utiliser une méthodologie de conception mixte matériel/logiciel qui consiste à développer ensemble le la partie matériel (ASIC) et la partie logiciel (processeur) du système intégré à partir d'un modèle de spécification commun. Comme notre approche se limite aux systèmes de commande, nous avons adapté certaines tâches de .conception pour traiter des problèmes spécifiques tell que la preuve formelle des propriétés mathématiques du système. A partir de cette méthode, nous pouvons alors flot de conception utilisant différents langages (VHDL, Grafcet, Script MA TLAB) et outils correspondants. Dans le cas du Grafcet, nous montrons qu'en modifiant ses règles de fonctionnement en se basant sur l'hypothèse de syncl1ronisme fort. il devient possible de modéliser les fonctionnel. En se basant sur un ensemble de règles et de techniques que nous définissons, on peut alors analyser les modèles Grafcet en vue de l'intégration. Pour montrer la validité de la démarche adoptée. Nous avons intégré, sous forme d'ASIC, un algorithme de contrôle vectoriel de moteur asynchrone. Au niveau de chaque étape de conception, les solutions aux différents problèmes sont exposées En particulier, nous proposons d’utiliser l’algorithme CORDIC pour calculer le plupart des fonctions mathématiques (p.e. les rotations). Finalement. I'ASIC a été prototypé avec un FPGA et connecté au banc d’essai (onduleur, moteur et charge). Grace aux mesures de courant, de tension et de couple, le système intégré a pu être validé.
