L'année 2020 restera marquée par une situation exceptionnelle : la crise sanitaire de la COVID-19 qui a eu des conséquences multiples sur l'organisation de l'activité officinale et sur la relation pharmacien-patient. L'objectif de notre enquête était de dresser un état des lieux des mesures et aménagements mis en place pendant la pandémie et de déterminer l'impact d'une démarche qualité à l'officine sur la gestion de la crise sanitaire de la COVID-19. Un questionnaire de 21 questions a été diffusé par mail principalement via l'ensemble des maîtres de stage agréés des départements Loire, Rhône et Ain. Il est resté accessible du 2 avril au 2 mai 2021. Au total, 100 pharmaciens titulaires ont répondu au questionnaire. Les pharmaciens ont dû faire face à de nouvelles responsabilités : vaccination contre la COVID-19 (99% des interrogés), dispensation exceptionnelle (92%), dépistage de la COVID-19 (67%), portage à domicile (71%), fabrication de solution hydroalcoolique (49%), alerte contre les violences intrafamiliales (44%), mise à disposition de médicaments rétrocédables (11%), télésoin (4%), conseils et éducation des patients pour répondre à l'inquiétude. La multitude de décrets et arrêtés ont compliqué l'application des bonnes pratiques de dispensation à l'officine. Les pharmaciens répondants ont souligné un manque de cohérence vis-à-vis des recommandations et instructions des différentes instances (67%). Ils ont également relevé un dysfonctionnement dans la communication ou un manque de concertation avec les autorités (94%). Le confinement a entrainé une certaine panique, une recrudescence de situations conflictuelles (60% des répondants), ainsi qu'une augmentation des détournements d'ordonnance suite à la dématérialisation (57%), et a donc mis en lumière des fragilités, dont une disparité entre officines urbaines et rurales, avec une diminution du chiffre d'affaires pour 42% des interrogés et à l'inverse un impact positif sur le chiffre d'affaires observé chez 31% des titulaires. La fonction managériale est ressentie comme essentielle par 91% des répondants. La démarche qualité est un soutien en période de crise sanitaire pour 73% des répondants engagés dans une démarche qualité et 63% des pharmaciens voient une utilité à la démarche même s'ils ne sont pas encore engagés dans cette démarche. Une telle crise sanitaire, toujours d'actualité en décembre 2021, engendrera inévitablement des évolutions durables au sein du milieu officinal. Le rôle du pharmacien, comme professionnel de santé de premier recours, devra être développé, dans le cadre d'une vision plus collective de la santé de demain, pour assurer aux patients un parcours de soins plus efficient. La démarche qualité et la culture d'un climat de confiance sont un cadre nécessaire dans l'amélioration des pratiques et le développement de nouvelles missions à l'officine.

La COVID-19 a eu un impact général sur la population. Tant du point de vue personnel que professionnel, il a fallu s'adapter à cette pandémie. Les officines ne font pas exception et ont dû répondre rapidement et efficacement aux nouvelles exigences qui se sont imposées à elles. Pour réaliser ce travail, un questionnaire a été distribué à 56 officines situées en Bourgogne. Elles ont été interrogées sur différents aspects auxquels la crise sanitaire les a confrontées et sur leur inscription ou non dans une démarche qualité. Les données présentées sont donc fondées sur les réponses obtenues à ce questionnaire. L'inscription des officines dans une démarche qualité a permis de favoriser leur engagement dans de nouvelles missions (fabrication de SHA, distribution de masques, réalisation de tests antigéniques et participation à la vaccination contre la COVID-19). Elle a également facilité la communication au sein de l'équipe officinale et l'application des nouvelles réglementations en lien avec la crise sanitaire COVID-19.

To do so, the book begins with a section of five case studies that describe current practice in Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France and Switzerland.The second purpose was to define a common curriculum, or core course with common foundations, for faculty and graduate students, based on a distributed learning model. The final section of the book presents a concrete concept map used to define the curriculum, and to educational developers with useful tool for furthering their work, and explains the rationale for redefining faculty development as educational development.This book offers practitioners around the world a framework and model of educational development that can serve a number of purposes including professional development, monitoring and assessment of effectiveness, and research, as they seek to meet increasing demands for public accountability. His focus is not on the drug economy but rather on the therapeutic economy, where new markets, transactions of care, and highly porous conceptions of success and failure come together to shape addiction and recovery.
