Muhammadiyah, sejak kelahirannya pada tahun 1912, ikut mewarnai perjalanan negeri dengan kerja-kerja dakwah menyesuaikan tantangan zaman. Di bawah kepemimpinan Din Syamsuddin (2005-2015) dan Haedar Nashir (2015-2021) dakwah Muhammadiyah dilakukan salah satunya dalam bentuk Jihad Konstitusi. Problematika hukum, utamanya terkait perumusan perundang-undangan dan kebijakan negara yang semakin jauh dari nilai-nilai luhur Pancasila dan UUD 1945 menjadi dasar Persyarikatan mencetuskan gerakan Jihad Konstitusi. Penelitian ini berupaya menganalisis pemikiran dua tokoh pencetus dan penerima mandat gerakan tersebut. Penelitan merupakan studi kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi (content analysis) terhadap naskah pidato dan tulisan Din Syamsuddin dan Haedar Nashir menggunakan teori argumentasi Stephen Toulmin. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Jihad Konstitusi merupakan perwujudan dakwah transformatif Muhammadiyah yang didasari prinsip amar ma'ruf nahi munkar di bidang hukum, ditempuh baik secara struktural maupun kultural. Jihad Konstitusi Muhammadiyah sebagai dakwah transformatif dicirikan dengan rekonsiliasi wawasan keagamaan dan kebangsaan, sebagaimana terintegrasi dalam konsep 'Negeri Pancasila: Negeri Perjanjian dan Kesaksian' (Darul ‘Ahdi was Syahadah), sehingga upaya menegakkan konstitusi analog dengan dakwah amar makruf nahi munkar. Jihad Konstitusi menggenapi keserbawajahan dakwah Muhammadiyah yang ikut berkontribusi dalam rancang bangun konstitusi dan terus mengawal tegaknya konstitusi yang diyakini Muhammadiyah kompatibel dengan ajaran Islam. Pemikiran Din Syamsuddin terkait Jihad Konstitusi bercorak dakwah struktural, dengan penekanan pada aspek nahi munkar berupa gerakan judicial review terhadap Undang-Undang yang tidak dijiwai Pancasila dan UUD 1945. Sedangkan pemikiran Haedar Nashir lebih bercorak kultural, dengan penekanan pada aspek amar ma’ruf. Nashir melanjutkan gerakan Jihad Konstitusi melalui dakwah kebangsaan, utamanya melalui diseminasi pesan-pesan dakwah terhadap elit agar sadar cita luhur Konstitusi dalam setiap perumusan Undang-Undang dan kebijakan negara. Muhammadiyah, since its establishment in 1912, has been contributing to national development struggle with da'wah work in response to challenges of the times. Under leadership of Din Syamsuddin (2005-2015) and Haedar Nashir (2015-2021), Muhammadiyah's da'wah is carried out, one of which in the form of Jihad Konstitusi (Constitutional Jihad). Legal problems, mainly related to the formulation of legalisation products and state policies that is increasingly far from the noble values of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution push Muhammadiyah to conduct the Constitutional Jihad. This study attempts to analyze the thoughts of two prominent figures of the movement. The research is a qualitative study with the content analysis method, using Stephen Toulmin's theory of argument. The results of the study concluded that Constitutional Jihad is an embodiment of Muhammadiyah's transformative da'wah based on the amar ma'ruf nahi munkar principle in the field of law, taken both structurally and culturally. Muhammadiyah's Constitutional Jihad as a transformative da'wah is characterized by with the reconciliation of religious and national insights, as integrated in the concept of 'State of Pancasila: the Land of Promise and Testimony' (Darul 'Ahdi was Shahadah), so that efforts to enforce the state constitution are analogous to amar makruf nahi munkar. Constitutional Jihad then fulfills the multiplicity of Muhammadiyah's da'wah which has contributed to constructing the constitution from early period of the republic and continues to guarding it which is believed to be compatible with Islamic teachings. Din Syamsuddin's thought regarding the Constitutional Jihad is more structural in nature, with an emphasis on the nahi munkar aspect in the form of the judicial review. Meanwhile, Haedar Nashir's thought is more cultural in nature, with an emphasis on the aspect of amar ma'ruf. Nashir continued the Constitutional Jihad movement through nationhood da'wah, mainly through disseminating messages to the elites, urging them to always be aware of the noble ideals of the Constitution in every formulation of laws and state policy. شاهمت المحمدية منذ ولادتها عام 1912 في تأديب البلاد بأعمال دعوتها استجابة لتحديات العصر. تحت قيادة الشيخ دين شمس الدين (2005-2015) والشيخ حيدر ناصر (2015-2021) تقوم الدعوة المحمدية ، إحداها على شكل الجهاد الدستوري. تحاول هذه الدراسة تحليل أفكار شخصيتين مهمتين فى تلك الحركة. هذا البحث عبارة عن دراسة نوعية باستخدام أسلوب تحليل المحتوى على خطب الشيخ دين شمس الدين والشيخ حيدر ناصر باستخدام نظرية ستيفن تولمين في الجدل. وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الجهاد الدستوري تجسيدًا لدعوة المحمدية التحويلية القائمة على مبدأ الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر في مجال القانون ، مأخوذ من الناحيتين الهيكلية و الثقافية. يتميز الجهاد الدستوري المحمدية كدعوة تحويليةمع التوفيق بين الرؤى الدينية والوطنية باعتبارها متكاملة في مفهوم "دولة بانشاسيلا: دار العهد والشهادة" بحيث تكون الجهود المبذولة لتطبيق الدستور مماثلة لدعوة الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر. كان الجهاد الدستوري يحقق تعدد الدعوة المحمدية التي ساهمت في صياغة الدستور وما زالت مستمرة الحفاظ على احترام الدستور الذي تعتقد المحمدية أنه متوافق معه التعاليم الإسلامية. كانت أفكار دين شمس الدين عن الجهاد الدستوري مبنية على نمط الدعوة الهيكلية ، مع التركيز على النهي عن المنكر في شكل الحركة القضائية. وفي الوقت نفسه ، فإن أفكار حيدر ناصر كانت ذات طبيعة ثقافية أكثر ، مع التركيز على على جانب الأمر بالمعروف. واصل ناصر حركة الجهاد الدستوري من خلالها الدعوة الوطنية وخاصة من خلال إفشاء رسالة الدعاية للنخب ومسؤولي الدولة ليكونوا على علم دائمًا بالمثل النبيلة للدستور في كل صياغة القوانين و سياسة الدولة.
