Ada yang panggil kami doktor; walaupun kami bukannya doktor medikal. Kata pesakit, kami ini ‘Doktor Makan’ atau ‘Doktor Susu’. Apapun gelaran kami, kami ini Dietitian. Kami merawat pesakit melalui diet dan perubahan gaya hidup. (Ini tak boleh makan, itu tak boleh minum, itu kena kurangkan, ini kena tambah, bla bla bla…) (Tapi kami pun suka makan)

Kami mungkin tidak dapat lari dari mencongak kalori yang ada pada makanan mereka kerana telah terbiasa berbuat demikian. Jangan risau, kami lakukan diam-diam sahaja. Tetapi, jika anda datang dapatkan nasihat pemakanan dan gaya hidup sihat, kami tidak akan ragu memberinya. (Cuma, kalau kami kenal anda lebih rapat, mungkin sambil nasihat itu kami cubit-cubit lemak di perut anda sikit...)
