Face a tudo isto, optamos em executar o trabalho na área “A Busca da Satisfação Humana no Mercado Profissional da Educação”, podendo demonstrar nossos conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do curso de Maestria em Ciências da Educação na Universidad Técnica de Comercializacion e Desarrollo. Ao constatarmos na pesquisa que a busca da motivação humana esta no próprio homem, e observamos a complexidade desta pesquisa, não na sua evolução, mas sim na mente humana que ocorre sem muita flexibilidade, ou seja, só admite mudanças quando é para o seu próprio bem, caso contrário dificulta o máximo e não aceita mudar sua filosofia de vida e tão pouco colaborar com o seu próximo. Ficamos realizados em desenvolver este trabalho e escolhermos um titulo muito complexo em discorrer, que é a Caracterização da imagem humana na sua busca de satisfação, voltada principalmente na educação pública, onde o profissional considera o maior problema a sua remuneração, mas esquece que por traz desta causa existem uma enorme barreira a ser quebrada que é a vocação de ser professor, onde deve ser superada por qualquer outro obstáculo, pois é a profissão que da o ensinamento a toda população caminhar com dignidade, fraternidade e responsabilidade perante o seu próximo.

A pesquisa refere-se à dissertação de Mestrado que teve como Objetivo Geral analisar como os professores da rede municipal de ensino de Alvorada utilizam ferramentas pedagógicas de TICs em sala de aula com alunos do 9° ano. A Metodologia adotada foi exploratória de forma que apresentou um maior conhecimento do problema relatado tornando possível a construção de hipóteses. Ela também foi descritiva pois descreveu as características da população, além de explicativa, demonstrando como são utilizados os AIs nas escolas municipais. O instrumento utilizado na pesquisa foi um questionário eletrônico, com questões abertas e fechadas, de modo que puderam elucidar as questões da pesquisa. Os principais resultados apontam para um bom relacionamento professores/alunos e bom índice de aprovação para os alunos. E para os professores, maior motivação para a utilização das TIC e maior reflexão sobre as metodologias de ensino, TIC e avaliações. Com isso, foi possível destacar aspectos como a necessidade de se rever a formação dos professores com TICs e que as políticas públicas relacionadas ainda necessitam melhorar e devem ser elaboradas conjuntamente com os professores e alunos.

This book presents an innovative method to investigate the history of mathematics education using oral narratives to study different aspects related to the teaching and learning of mathematics. The application of oral history in mathematics education research was first developed as a method in Brazil in the early 2000s as a result of interdisciplinary dialogues between mathematics educators, anthropologists, sociologists, historians, psychologists, artists and philosophers. Since then, this new methodology has attracted the attention of a growing number of researchers.
