This policy brief is one in a series led by Chulalongkorn University with support from the Office of the Higher Education Commission, Ministry of Education, Thailand, in partnership with FAO. This book functions as a practical guide to support teachers and higher education institutions in the construction of their courses and programmes in light of the Anthropocene.
