Educação na Paraíba: Análises e Perspectivas. Volume I O presente volume, em seus dez capítulos, traz a público os frutos do processo de formação continuada vinculada à política de qualificação de professores e técnicos da educação no Instituto Federal da Paraíba – IFPB, em parceria com a Universidade Federal da Paraíba – UFPB. Tem como referência a produção dos estudos realizados por professores e técnicos do IFPB (Cajazeiras e Sousa) durante o Projeto de Mestrado Interinstitucional - MINTER/CAPES, no biênio 2008/2010, desenvolvido pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação - PPGE/UFPB. Configura-se tal iniciativa na contemporânea problematização do mundo do trabalho que impõe redobrados desafios e redefinições à formação profissional, nas mais diferentes áreas do conhecimento, confrontando enormemente o papel das instâncias de formação frente à complexidade e à flexibilização que atingem todos os setores sociais, demandando o aprimoramento incessante de formandos e formadores. Os trabalhos aqui reunidos são parte da produção de dissertações desenvolvidas pelos participantes do MINTER/CAPES- PPGE/UFPB e IFPB - Cajazeiras, problematizando os mais distintos territórios disciplinares, envolvendo diferentes olhares sobre a complexidade da educação para o trabalho na sociedade contemporânea, a partir das visões multidisciplinares envolvidas, bem como das mais diferenciadas contribuições campo de atuação pedagógica, acadêmica ou técnica. Esses pesquisadores trazem ao debate as inquietações pertinentes ao campo educacional no qual atuam, movidos pelo desejo de melhorar a própria formação e a atuação profissional.
