Así, se establece que dichos elementos deberán examinarse de manera equilibrada, en el mismo nivel, en los momentos de conformación y valoración de la prueba. Realizada la elaboración del concepto anterior, en esta monografía no solo se plantea este innovador examen de la prueba testimonial, sino que también se presenta, al finalizar el texto, la posibilidad de que a partir de la definición de testimonio entregada,se regulen de manera común con la prueba testimonial otros medios de prueba que comparten la naturaleza jurídica de ser testimonios y que además presentan problemáticas similares a las ya planteadas.
