Examensarbeit aus dem Jahr 2018 im Fachbereich Didaktik - Geowissenschaften / Geographie, Note: 1,7, Studienseminar Bernau, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Arbeit stellt Experimente für den Geographieunterricht der Klassenstufen 7/8 vor. Zum Vorgehen in dieser Arbeit ist anzumerken, dass eine Dreiteilung stattfinden wird. Zunächst wird das Experiment didaktisch eingeordnet und die Unterscheidung zwischen Demonstrations- und Schülerexperimenten vorgenommen. An die Theorie anschließend, erfolgt eine Beschreibung der Vorgehensweise und Einordnung der praktischen Durchführung in die unterrichtliche Praxis. Im letzten Schritt werden die Ergebnisse ausgewertet und mögliche Konsequenzen abgeleitet. Das Schülerexperiment ist dem Thema "Leben in Risikoräumen" des Rahmenlehrplans Geographie 7/8 zuzuordnen. Als verbindlicher Inhalt ist die Behandlung eines tektonisch bedingten Phänomens unter Einbeziehung der Plattentektonik festgelegt. Das zu untersuchende Experiment verdeutlicht mit Hilfe von Basaltmehl und verschiebbaren Unterlagen, wie sich Plattengrenzen in verschiedenen Konstellationen zueinander verhalten. Das Demonstrationsexperiment lässt sich unter dem übergeordneten Thema "Vielfalt der Erde" unter dem Punkt "Nutzungspotenzial und Herausforderungen" an einem ausgewählten Beispiel der wechselfeuchten oder immerfeuchten Tropen in Klassenstufe 7/8 verorten. Die fortschreitende Abholzung des tropischen Regenwalds zieht eine Kette an Reaktionen nach sich, die mit Hilfe des Experiments zur Bodenerosion verdeutlicht werden kann. Mit Hilfe zweier "Regenwälder in Plastikflaschen, einer intakt, der andere zerstört, sollen die Folgen eines tropischen Regens nach vorangegangener Abholzung nachvollzogen werden.
