La nuova edizione completa il quadro normativo del Jobs Act ed integra i contenuti della riforma con le recentissime novità contenute nel Decreto correttivo D.Lgs. n. 185/2016 (GU n. 235 del 7 ottobre 2016). Tra le principali novità del decreto correttivo segnaliamo la proroga della CIGS per lavoratori delle aree svantaggiate, le misure di sostegno economico per alcune tipologia di lavoratori licenziati, ulteriori interventi di sostegno al reddito per i lavoratori stagionali, la procedura anti abuso per la tracciabilità dei voucher, infine la trasformazione dei contratti di solidarietà da difensivi in espansivi.
