Jede der 25 Gleichnisgeschichten dieses Buches erzählt die Geschichte von Trennung und Wiedervereinigung, entsprechend dem Charakter, der Eigenart des jeweiligen Schmetterlings, auf eine ganz eigene, eindrückliche Weise. Wichtig und für uns interessant, stehen diese Schmetterlings-Archetypen, -Originale für uns Menschen und unsere vielfältigen Wege durch die Zeit. Jede und Jeder kann - eine gewisse Offenheit vorausgesetzt - sich, wenn er seinen Schmetterling gezogen, seine Schilderung gefunden hat, die eigene Trennungs- und Vereinigungsgeschichte in ihr widergespiegelt finden, Wesentliches seiner selbst darin erkennen, Entwicklungshinweise, Wachstumsanregungen für sich daraus entnehmen.
