One of the aims of this study is to find weaknesses and strengths of healthcare industry by defining problems, finding solutions and suggesting some models through existing studies and analyzing current healthcare system in Turkey and other developed countries. Moreover, SWOT method and bench-marking are used to deploy strategies by TOWS matrix.
